Dr. CAMRI Multi-Speciality Hospital

One of the worst hospital. Overcharged services, no proper management. No proper treatment. Insurance cell is worst, jotoi insurance hog na keno apnader kache extra take to ora nebei. No rmo visit timely on the cabin.

Rating: (1 star) I had a terrible experience at Camri Burdwan Hospital. My grandmother was admitted for surgery with a broken leg, and they charged us 60,000 for the treatment. On top of that, they delayed her discharge unnecessarily. The hospital staff, especially Mr. Somnath Mitra, kept asking for money without providing proper bills or receipts. They took advantage of the situation and tried to extract money from us at every step. When we questioned the extra charges, they became rude and misbehaved with our family. They even demanded 500 on the discharge day, claiming it was for blood that supposedly went into my grandmother's body, despite us being told earlier that the blood wasn't even needed. This hospital is only interested in making money, not in providing proper care. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place, as they don't care about patients, just how much money they can get from you. The staff was rude and unprofessional, misbehaving with my family when we questioned the charges. They even tried to bully us into paying the extra 500. It was only after I threatened to take legal action that they finally let us go. Note - The doctor was good but the management is killing the reputation! Sad to say that ! They are killing my district reputation also !

If there is any option for Zero Star I will make it Zero. The worst nursing home I have ever seen. I have already taken services from Super Speciality hospital like Bell Vue, Fortis, RN Tagore, Peerless but CAMRI is not even 10% of them. But the charge is more than double. Yes it is. They are simply robbing the patient party for the name of treatment. I am repeating again. Never ever visit there. You visit Kolkata. You visit those above mentioned nursinghome and stay at any budget hotel. Still it will be less expensive and better treatment. For example my relatives got admitted at CAMRI for some urinal infection. He was charged more than 1.8 lakh in just 5 days without any operation. Also doctor is asking he needs to stay there for another 5 days. Please please avoid CAMRI.

The largest 3 class hospital,,I have cash party for addmit pneumonia pecent admit for 7 days but hospital response 000000 And bil 1,20,000 just 8 days.some staff behavior very bad,.experience for me.....
