Dr. The Mission Hospital , Durgapur

It is one of the best hospital in Durgapur. Specially cardiology department of this is best in Durgapur. Almost all departmental doctors are available except trauma care. But if someone get admitted there is a try to get him/her in ICU atleast for some days. Treatment is very good. Care is very good. Visiting of many person for same visiting hours is very tough. All type of pathological set up is not available. For some test samples sent to outside, hence takes much time. Breakup bill for corporate and insurance availed patient is not a detail description. The most rigorous thing of this hospital is to get USG done from here. For USG prior appointment is required and a wait for 6-7 hrs is common for outside patients. Inside patients are always prioritize for USG. There is no registered parking area for patient party. Getting street side parking also very very very difficult. I don't know why Mission hospital is not taking any action for this though Durgapur is well planned city and has enough empty space.

The hospital provides really good service. Very good nurses and sisters. The doctors are also very well behaved and good. The rooms and OTs are very clean. Hygiene is highly maintained there. The food for the patients is good fir quality and quantity also. Allover very good experience

I recently visited The Mission Hospital in Durgapur and had a very good experience. The hospital is well-organized and very clean. The medical staff, doctors, and nurses were polite, helpful, and professional. All the departments are clearly marked, and the environment is peaceful. I noticed the emergency service is active 24x7 and they handle patients seriously and quickly. The medical equipment seems modern and up to date. One big advantage is that Swasthya Sathi card treatment is available here. It's very helpful for patients who are covered under this health scheme. The hospital staff guided us properly regarding the process. Pharmacy and cafeteria are also available inside, which is helpful for patients and families. Overall, I am satisfied with the service. This hospital is one of the best choices for treatment in Durgapur.

The Mission Hospital is one of the best Super speciality Hospital in this region. Many departments are good especially cardiology, orthopedic, neuroscience, general surgery etc. Different pathological and imaging service also available here. Test reports are accepted all over India . Only drawback is it is costly and need a huge time to give it's service.
