Are not punctual. Just for USG, patients waited from 1000 hours till 1145.. Doctor still missing. USG Staff not aware of whereabouts...Not polite... Just saying wait and wait post payment...NABH is at fault..for giving licence to such hospitals and that also at Prime Location of Durgapur... Very bad experience...
The management of this hospital totally worthless & helpless. The treatment cost is not comfortable & To my opinion the front desk should be more professional & well manner. I think by this post the management will improve some thing I expect. My patient Mr. Sakit Pada Mukherjee & this family is notsatisfied by the behaviour & professionalism of this Hospital.
Overall Life Care Hospital is very good. Specially behaviour & helpfullness of Shilpa Sar ma'am, Suvra ma'am, Arpita ma'am - awesome. Every staff from top to bottom are very helpfull. But I think there is communication gap between the various departments of hospital. Thank you

Overall good. Extremely happy mainly with the cooperation and behaviour of the ward nueses and staff members. Atmosphere is hygieneic and everyone is caring.
3rd class behaviour of the head nurse and staffs. They will restrict you to reach your own admitted patient and then they will restrict you to reach the doctor. In case you want to ask doctor regarding health condition of the patient and when they will release the patient you will find it very difficult to reach out to doctor. Each staff is talking with other staff in very rudely manner, whether they are nurse or doctors. Please don't waste your money and time here, they do not care about the patient and their guardian. 3rd class.
