Dr. IQ City Medical College Hospital

Dr. Asif Ali Ahmed, worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. Most pathetic and horrible service. This hospital is nothing but a money looting organisation. I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the treatment my family received at IQ Hospital under Dr. Asif Ali Ahmed and his assistant. My brother-in-law was admitted with gallstone-induced pancreatitis -- a serious and life-threatening condition. We trusted the hospital with his care, and within two days, we were charged 68,000, including ICU admission, central line placement, MRCP and other procedures. But what we received in return was not just poor medical communication -- it was cold, rude, and inhuman behavior: The doctor scolded us for calling to ask about the critical condition of our loved one, saying, "Just because you have my number doesn't mean you can irritate me anytime." Today, when the situation worsened and the patient moved towards multi-organ failure, the doctor told us, "Take the patient anywhere you want -- this hospital has no facilities to treat him." Now where should we take the patient in this condition????? How can a hospital accept a critically ill patient, perform multiple costly procedures, and then refuse responsibility when the case becomes complicated? Where is the ethics, the duty of care, or even the basic humanity? Families like ours come to hospitals in pain and with trust -- and we feel utterly abandoned, humiliated, and helpless after this experience. This hospital will surely loose everything, this is our curse. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this hospital or Dr. Asif Ali Ahmed for serious medical care.

It's one of the best hospital & medical college amidst the others in Durgapur city ! The campus is extremely large , beautiful, peaceful & decorated ! There are many medical stores & food stores . Food served by these are very good & hygenic . Inside the hospital building the place is totally clean and clear & well-maintained ! The rooms are very large & clean. Staffs behave very gently ! I went for the vaccination purpose there ! The procedure set by the hospital is well maintained ! Very sanitised places ! I think this hospital is very very good from all views !

First of all it was very nice to see the medical college, a very clean place which is a pleasant thing for everyone. As far as I have been able to experience the place it is very peaceful and there is no violence around. But I feel bad in one place which is here A few security guards More attitude which I didn't like at all.

A good condition hospital. Infrastructure and accommodation are well and good. Doctors are available. Staff's are good and well. Management control are average. Cleaning and house keeping are also average. Doctors are well. All type of Treatment can do here. Emergency are active but patients frequency are low. Ground area are huge.

I had to visit for an MRI for my dad. It was Sunday, so no crowd at all... it took me 2 nd half an hour for the whole process from billing to collect plates. Nice atmosphere all around. Situated away from any town , so calmness all over. Canteens should provide rice, rotis more than the junk foods like burger, chocolate, cutlet, coloring etc. it's an hospital after all.

Doctors are not good. They keep patients family waiting for hours & Doctors don't speak with family. Its just nurse who comes to talk. Its a huge place without proper place to wait. People can easily get lost. Doctors don't care at all. Hope we can see a good hospital with good people. Doctors were once treated like gods, because they cared about their patients first not their money. Vaccination center is good. Although took 950rs but there was enough places to sit for whole long process.

Hospital provides Rs. 30 OPD which is great. Staff and hospital nurses behaviour Good. BUT few doctors like DR. NENAVATH JEEVAN NAIK (pediatrician) think outside doctor charge Rs 500 so OPD should be denied for specific patients. Because of such MONEY MINDED doctors the hospital has bad reputation.

Doctor and emergency department is very good. But billing department is very poor. Very poor service from billing department . Otherwise very nice hospital very clean and hygienic doctor and nurse are well behaved and medical treatment cost much lower and other private hospital. All the medical systems and imaging service are present.
