very costly, rules and regulations is very strict, well maintained and hygiene properly maintained, one Canteen inside of hospital with ATM FACILITY and small ganesh temple. Sitting arrangement is very neatly design, near hospital city centre ,Spencer,KFC,MC DONALD, DOMINOES AND MANY MORE OUTLETS FACILITY AVAILABLE JUST AT WALKABLE DISTANCE, some local fruit and snacks shops just out side the hospital.

Doctor and healthcare staff are very good. Worst experience with billing. After getting approval from TPA insurance they take security money before treatment. After 7 days they does not refund security money.

Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff and management at Health World Hospital, Durgapur. The way they treat the public is completely unprofessional and disrespectful--no one deserves to be treated this way, especially in a place meant for care and healing. Visiting this hospital felt like losing self-respect. I strongly advise others to think twice before coming here. Patients deserve dignity, not humiliation

After a tough and long fight of 25 days in healthworld durgapur against COPD my father recovered and was back home on 10/06/2025. His health condition looked normal but he was unable to eat or drink because of a nauseous feeling. The doctor had said that it was ICU psychosis and he would recover once he is home. Over time his health deteriorated, along with a sharp pain in abdomen and weakness beyond imagination. On 13/06/2025 we admitted him again in healthworld durgapur. The following day hospital called us to inform about his ventilation and all of a sudden his vital organs started failing. One after another..then another... eventually leading to cardiac arrest. In all probability the hospital was unable to treat his COPD issue and the high power antibiotics administered recked havoc in his body cascading inflammation and ultimately his death on 14/06/2025. I would request all of you to please pray for his departed soul may he find peace.

Worst experience ever. the management party of the hospital is the worst ever that you can find all throughout West Bengal I think maybe. Being a patient party they treated me like some someone who is maybe taking a free treatment from this hospital. The behaviour of the staff is worst also. I think this is mainly taking place due to the hospital not appointing own staff rather than hiring from a third grade organisation. If you ever complaint about this to the management party just like I did, there will be no steps taken whatsover. Overall I can say that this hospital has the worst possible management and staff despite being an institution for healthcare. Any healthcare institution, as per my knowledge focuses on maintaining dignity, respect and coordination. But in case of this hospital, there is serious lack of all these aspects. Also, let me tell you that all those reviews which are saying that this is a very good hospital with well-behaved staff and proper coordination. All those are fake reviews as per my experience. For those, who don't believe my review, go and experience it firsthand and then come back to my review.

Treatment procedure is superb. Dr.Satyendra nath dutta (cardiologist) is just like's GOD. Thank you sir To save my uncle sri Dhananjay Bhandari, from Dhanbad, now he is fine & safe. And special thanks to Amrita Ma'am who guide us a lot from the beginning till the time we leave the hospital.

worst hospital in durgapur. I recommende not to come here. . Wrong treatment by the doxtors.The hospital management is too bad...worst management system i have ever see in my life. They're showing too much rule to the patient party. Just like we get a free treatment. . And the nurses behavior is very rude and arrogant. . To be honest,i am not talikng about the entire nurse group.. But some of them are very arrogant.. The hospital management should give those nurse proper training... Worst experience ever.

Very bad experience, disappointed with the behavior of the staff and management at Health World Hospital. All the staff including Security Guards behaviour are very rude. They do not respect public and all the staffs are unprofessional.
