I have visited the hospital three times , admitted patient,my experience was so bad that it can't be expressed .The food served to the patient is both quality and quantity wise worse. Indoor hospital staff 's behavior is too bad to bear. They keep patients waiting for a long while which isn't acceptable. NOTE : Pls do monitor the food provided to the patient and try improving it. Try improving the quality and quantity of the food. And do prevent harassment of the patient party. Please deal with the patient-party humbly.

Doctors have good behaviour to the patient. Today I get discharged, I have experienced of the sisters and brothers in this hospital . They treated me as like my family member . I thankul them .

The hospital is very bad, it only takes money... it takes cash for which it does not give any receipt. It does not accept online payment. And they put all the money in their pockets. They take Rs 50,000/1 lakh from each patient in the name of medicine even after the patient is admitted on the card. And they do not give receipt for any medicine. All of them are fraudsters in this hospital, do not come here.

Very disappoint management hospital, workers, all staffs as well as Dr.S.ghosh department specification.please don't go this hospital if you are care and emotional attachment of their patients. Not survival chance of patient in this hospital.If you are going to this hospital then your personal choice,After that, your opinion is final as you go or not.

I am 15 years old and I have jaundice right now from 13 days,They took my blood for tests and did every test except hepatitis A and now they are charging extra money for it.It's their fault,overall polite behaviour of Dr Debsmita Roy.But they make us wait for a long time

They do not deserve even that 1 star I have given, but cant help. They harass the patients and their family members, keeps them waiting for long hours without any response. The food quality & quantity served to the patients admitted is pathetic. Think twice before going to this place for any treatment. The actual rating from me would be -5*.

Best Hospital in Durgapur. Doctors and staff are very good.Exceptional care, professional staff, and a truly healing environment-highly recommended.

Very good services. The staff are very cooperative. Doctors are not punctual. Need improvement. The Radiology department is very slow. It also needs improvement. Overall the Hospital is very helpful for the local public.some improvement can make this the best hospital of the area
