Dr. Kamala Ray Hospital

0/5 star Extremely disappointed with the care at Kamala Roy Hospital, Uttarpara. Admitted my mother for therapy, but due to the negligence of the nursing staff, she had a severe fall in the bathroom the very next day. This resulted in a major surgery and she's now bedridden. To add insult to injury, the RMO's behaviour was completely unprofessional and dismissive when I tried to discuss my mother's care. The management also seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. Lack of supervision, attention from staff, and poor accountability from management makes this hospital a liability. Would not recommend to anyone. Needs serious improvement in patient care, staff behavior, and transparency.

I am Extremely Disappointed with the Sanitation Standard of this hospital. Recently I admitted my mother In law in that wrost hospital . Expecting a standard of cleanliness that any private healthcare facility should maintain, but I was thoroughly disappointed--especially with the condition of the toilets. Nurses are careless and RMO behaviour is very bad. The restroom near the OPD was **filthy, poorly maintained, and honestly unacceptable** for any establishment, let alone a hospital. Please I request all of you don't admitted any one of your family member in that hospital.

Extremely poor facility and very harsh, unfriendly, unprofessional, uneducated and worthless staff including the nurses. My relative got admitted because of a awful recommendation from a doctor in locality and unnecessary tests were done for no genuine reason. They will try to keep you in hospital for no reason and will make you feel that the patient in such a critical condition to be admitted to ICU and atleast test you for 1000 different things and same goes for horrible, terrible pharmacy and medications just to make money. They are fraudsters just with the motive of looting lots of money from the patients and fully corrupted--- the owner of this hospital is running a SCAM in the name of running a hospital---- BEWARE never ever send anyone here, I'd rather give it 0 star or negative ratings but I don't have that option in Google or online forum... Very Terrible services and horrible behavior of doctors, even the assistant doctor. Even they don't have any single experienced staff, all the nurses and sisters are novice. They hardly have any knowledge of the field. They always have the tendency to extract as much money as possible. In simple words, they are thief and cunning. They don't know the duties of being doctors. They are not serving people but looting and fooling us. A humble request - for small or big problems, visit good hospitals only. Don't try them even during emergencies. And also listen to the local people who always say very bad things about this hospital!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience They made bill 91000 approximately for 36hrs They have mentioned they used 112 gloves for all procedures and all but they didn't and nurses didn't used gloves for injections And my patient was died but they didn't gave the body easily . They don't have swastha sathi card facilities. In west bengal most of the small nursing home also swastha sathi card facility. Important note:-But doctors are good Stay away from this hospital

Dr. Goswami treated my mother. Extremely good and well behaved doctor, always responded to queries at any time. But Hospital itself sucks! Bloated bills and unnecessary huge expenditure. Irresponsible behaviour by reception men. NOT RECOMMENDED!

My mother-in-law was admitted in this hospital on 10/01/25 and release today. The service and assistance was excellent in our view. Treatment is also recomendable so if possible I should recommend in my near circle.

Was admitted in this hospital on 25.10.2024 and released on 30.10.2024. The behaviour of reception staff is pathetic. Now visited again yesterday for HRCT Thorax test, price is high as compared to Apollo. Lastly they are refusing to give invoice for the amount 6000/- charged for the test. On several requests, the behaviour of reception staff was found pathetic and very rude.

I received excellent service here. All the staff are very experienced and friendly. They look after every small need of the patient. The food here is very tasty and nutritious. My family has tasted the food and were very satisfied with the taste. I am a very happy customer and will always recommend this hospital to everyone.
