Dr. Shila Nursing Home

The worst and most thirdclass hospital in coochbehar. First of all they will charge a high amount of money without doing any work. They would not provide you with the test report also. I suggest not to go in this hospital and suggest to find a better one

Third class hospitals, hungry for money, killed my uncle who was normal with breathing issues, they admitted him, didn't tell what treatment and medicines they were giving, just informed he can't survive after 7 days.

My grandfather was admitted there due to cardiac reasons. He was not in that much bad condition. He was able to walk also. But after getting admitted to the hospital, doctor subhas saha suggested to give him pacemaker which he already knew that it was impossible for a 90+ old man. But he gave us ray of hopes that it will make our grandfather out of danger and there is no other options. But after giving a bad quality temporary pacemaker, my grandfather's condition was deteriorated. Then doctor said permanent pacemaker setting is not possible at this age. But our concern was to treat our grandfather properly. But the doctor already knew that patient will not survive if surgery will be done. But still only for money, subhas saha misguided us and gave pain to our dear grandfather. He expired after 3 days. He wanted to go back to our home because he understood that the treatment was not going well. But Shila nursing home didn't give release. They took too much money but patient couldn't survive. Don't go there. 9 to 90, noone is safe there. Please don't go there if you are reading my review.

One known auncle got admitted there due to heart attack. They refused to give prescription and tell the names of medicines they used, they even tried to me mentally manipulate the patient. Later his relatives had to argue with them for whole day then got released the patient.

Money minded, even after accepting Swasthasathi they also ask money from the customer, didn't follow government rules. They earning both ways from government as well as from customer, their various instruments not upto the mark compared the money they charging. Always impose higher valuation . Their staffing system worst, very rude people they are. It seems you are criminal to their jail. They forget they are for service which we are paying them... No proper seating arrangements, no drinking water facility in this hospital. Totally worst service. People run at this nursing home because unavailability of hospitals in this area. If more hospitals will be there it is sure that their customer will decrease promptly. If anyone want to open a nursing home in this locality kindly do it, make sure your service should be good so people will really come to your hospital without going this hospital. They also use mind technique as there is no hospital having same facilities so people can choose options, which is main funda they using.

This hospital is a money looting business. Very rude behavior..Don't take your loved ones to this hospital. They will only make it more serious.

Treatment done was good, the cardiologist was excellent. But had worst experience in bill payment. I had medical claim and it took them 8 hours to process it, while all the documents were submitted beforehand. Lack of communication between departments and staffs of account section has no idea what the hell is going on!!

Very bad hospital...i do not recommend a single person here..they are there for money only..they do not think about the patients family.. don't waste your hard earned money here..poor service by doctors.. very rude doctors...
