Dr. Dr Abhijit Ray

He is a good doctor. Me and my mother often visited him for our thyroid checkup. Whenever required he used to recommend us doing certain tests in order to get a more clear report of our health. We were satisfied with all his medical consulations and prescribed medicines. But eventually he has started recommending to do tests only from his clinic which he has recently started. Now the thing is he might recommend his patients to go through tests from his clinic but if a patient undergoes tests from a different clinic other than his clinic and brings the test report before him to check then he should not say this thing that only if you do tests from our clinic then only I will see your report and I don't see reports made by any other clinics. However after saying such thing he checked the report of my mother and further prescribed doing certain tests. But the thing is that this kind of unethical behavior cannot be expected from a doctor. And if a doctor says so then i am convinced to say that he is doing business other than having pure intention to serve patients. Doctors hold one of the most respectable positions in our society. As they play a vital role in saving lives of mankind. But if they only start behaving like this with their patients then on whom do we rely . It is really very unfortunate that he has started behaving like this with his patients . I really hope he goes back to his good old self and treat his patients like before with utmost care and good behaviour. However I have shared my personal experience with zero intention to defame him or put down his integrity . Somebody might agree or disagree with me Or my review as people have different perspective and opinions but this is completely based on my own personal experience. Hence for the above reason I gave one star. If anybody gets disheartened after going through my review then i am sorry because i have no such motive to hurt anybody's feelings and it is entirely based on my own personal experience.

Dr. Abhijit Ray has guided my family with his exceptional care and expertise since the last 25 years. His compassionate approach makes every visit reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Ray for their commitment towards patient well-being.

He is a very good doctor with hugh experience. ....I am a regular patient and also my family members are Very satisfied with the treatment of the said Doctor! He is suppose to be a living God to us.

A very good human being I know him from long time, I am giving him 2 stars because he prescribes medicine which is available only in the chemists shop near his chamber to be precise Mahamaya Drug house. It's very unethical to perform such things I hope he acknowledges my feedback and prescribe medicines which is easily available in all chemist shops and not only in Mahamaya Drug House

A great doctor He's our family physician..... Patiently listens to the patients always and his diagnosis is so perfect!! I must say he is one of the best doctors in Chandannagar.
