I booked an appointment in ILS Howrah for Saturday.. Friday 4:20 I got a call that doc is not available on Saturday you can visit today 4:30 on Friday instead of Saturday. I replied I will be available by 4:45 and reached hospital by 4:35.. by the time the doctor already left .. I am not sure is the miscommunication was from hospital or doctor but this is very unprofessional. Calling patients and then leaving without even meeting them not thinking about patient hassle.
