Dr. Little Heart Diagnostic & Imagine Centre

All the doctors at Little Heart Diagnostic & Imaging Centre are commendable. Overall, the service is good with proper care. I found all the staff to be well-behaved and helpful. A special thanks to Salma Khatun, the receptionist, for her cooperation and kind assistance. However, I believe some modifications and upgrades are needed. These include improving the cleanliness of the toilets, using aromatic phenyl in the washrooms, and ensuring the availability of a lift for patients and their family members. If possible, it would be ideal to have all diagnostic services available under one roof.

DON'T GO. I went for a USG scan, an ECG, and some blood tests. The attitude and behavior of the radiologist (USG, Dr. Sweta Singh) and the attendant were extremely rude. They treated patients as if they were "uneducated" and gave no opportunity to express any concerns. When I mentioned that I had a concern, the radiologist abruptly said, without listening, "Come and do her USG yourself." They didn't allow me to go with her inside ( I didn't know it was a rule here! For X-ray room, I can understand for radiation, for USG what's the problem? Do they misconduct anything inside??) She even told my wife, "Patients should be either highly educated or illiterate; the middle ground is not good." This comment was made without even hearing what my concerns were, and she unfairly judged me as being "mediocre literate!" It shouldn't matter what my education level is (for context, I am a PhD graduate from IIT Madras with over five years of postdoctoral research experience. If she explains, I am capable of understanding any term and topic related to the USG scan!). Every patient, regardless of their educational background, deserves to be heard. I was not trying to teach or instruct her on how to perform the USG; I simply wanted to share the concerns raised by my previous doctor; and the discrepancies between my prescription and the USG test bill that they printed, she didn't even listen to it. Moreover, the washroom and the overall ambience were very unhygienic. Only the receptionist (I don't know his name) was polite and well-behaved. All other staff members were also speaking to patients in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I will NEVER visit Little Heart again, and I would strongly advise my relatives and acquaintances NOT to go there.

Everyone should avoid this diagnostic centre at any cost. Not proper arrangements for sitting, USG patients used to wait atleast an hour before test, lift doesn't work, suffocating environment... This centre needs to be sue legally.

USG takes a long time, patients have to wait a long time, staff behavior is not good, and space is very limited.
