Dr. G.D. Pan is an experienced pediatrician, but one of the major issues faced by many patients is the excessive waiting time. Even if you have an early coupon number (like number 10), or come from a far distance, you might still have to wait until the evening for your turn. This becomes particularly difficult when you are bringing a sick baby and have been waiting since morning. While his treatment and advice may be good, the time management and patient handling system needs serious improvement. Many parents feel frustrated and exhausted waiting all day just to get a few minutes of consultation. It would be much better if the appointment process is more organized and respectful of people's time--especially those with small children and those traveling from outside.

Very worst experience I faced here. Doctors timing are not accurate. Doesn't they following Puntuality. Daily coming late around 12 pm. Consulting fees in too expensive compares to other hospitals. OPD staffs behavior is too rude.

I have visited this Diagnostic centre for the first time with my pregnant wife at early stage , I've visited various diagnostic centre over the country but the worst and poor management I've ever seen . They waited us for 4hrs and at the last they said if you have problems with it go and refund your money . So I actually refund and moved for other places .Their stuffs behaviour is like creminal . They will insult you among all the people and forcing you to shut your mouth . The stuffs running their system as they want to do.. I've never written any review in goggle but in this case I'm writing lot of words for their behaviour . I hope this will guide you before wasting your health & wealth .

The worst lab management system in West Bengal. If u come from 100km, still u have to book your test a day before. U can't book it via phn call or other options. The worst part is if u want to do a simple blood test u have to wait for at least 5 hrs. Are they running the world best lab as good as US and other western countries? I have doubt about their NABL cirtificate. How such a rubbish lab can get NABL cirtificate? The behavior of all the staff are bad. They will treat u as u do your test for free or u are the customer only. No polite manner can be expected from them. If u call on their helpline number no one will pick up. Such an arrogant authority can not be exist in the medical treatment. M.L.Jain is likely to be the evil for your health.

A well organised place where you can get all your medical imaging like M.R.I, C.T scan, USG etc done.

I am generally satisfied with the service and the way the staff handled the diagnosis process. However, I was quite disappointed with the lack of an online report delivery facility. In today's digital age, when technology is advancing so rapidly, not having even a basic WhatsApp or email report delivery option is quite inconvenient. I had to wait the entire day just to collect my report at 6:30 PM, which was especially difficult as my home is about 50 km away. It's not always possible to come back just to collect a report. I sincerely hope they consider introducing online report delivery soon--it would make the overall experience much smoother for customers like me.

OPD of ML JAIN is very good where you can get appointment with well experienced doctors, under one roof. Also u can get Diagnostic Reports which are NABL certified.. At OPD point, Doctor's, Attender's and all those staff's, who are working at there behaviour are good. Specially SUMANA, she is a good attender with good behaviour..

I am satisfied with the behaviour of OPD stuff. And all the facilities are too good. Everything is very reasonable price. Every Doctor are also good specially DR VIGNESH RAJENDRA (Cardio) sir,
