If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I had an appointment yesterday at Ujjibon. The doctor arrived at 5 PM, and the receptionist confirmed I was number 5. I waited right in front of him near the door. After 30 minutes, I asked why I wasn't called, and he rudely said he ignored me because I was waiting near the door. He told me I'd have to wait until the last patient. Despite arguments, the doctor never came out to address the issue. We left frustrated and will never visit Ujjibon again. Terrible experience!
