Dr. RSV HEALTH CARE

Absolutely the worst healthcare experience ever! The receptionists behave extremely unprofessionally with both patients and their attendants. Their attitude is shockingly rude it's beyond words. They should be properly trained in basic patient etiquette before being appointed to such crucial roles.

Dr. P.K. Biswas has treated my mother for 15 years and we've always respected his care. Lately, though, he seems more focused on promoting his own facility. If tests are done outside, he becomes less attentive and insists on using his lab, which feels pushy.

Very worst hospitality. Dr. Pk biswas is good but the nursing staff are very unprofessional. They don't have any manner to how to help the patient, even they don'tto process of medical behavior and social ethics. It is just worst of worst nursing staff collection. Even male staffs are good. They are helpful but nothing in their hand. So I suggest to never visit the Rsv health center. You can visit another chamber of doctor.

The management is worst here. Receptionist keeps you waiting for hours to see Dr Suchita Ray. The other day a 9th month preganant lady had to return without seeing the doc because of there miscommunication with time. Even the doc was not available and the paitent literally waited for 2 hours then left. Such a shame opening this huge property only to harss patients.

The radiologist's scheduled time is 4 PM. But almost every day he arrives by 5:45 PM. All the expecting mothers and patients in pain keep waiting endlessly from 4 PM. It's thoroughly unprofessional, disrespectful towards the profession and the patients, and shows tremendous lack of commitment or compassion. Unfortunately, he is a classic example of the lackadaisical attitude exhibited by the healthcare personnel in West Bengal.

This is a good facility where many diagonenesis/tests can be done under one roof. There are eminent doctors visit this clinic to check the patient who come with specific problems. The clinic staff and doctors are helpful and we'll behaved and go at length to answer the patient's queries....

Ita dream journey for us with our Dr Mr.Pk Biswas,he guides us like father , teacher with his gental behaviour and way of treatment was very Very good and for his treatment My wife has got a beautiful baby ...i suggest everyone to visit him with any gyno related problems and pregnancy issue..we are lucky have a doctor like him we have whenever we needed he always serve us from his house and also from his Chember RSV in Barrackpore

Very satisfying service. Doctor gives full attention to each patient in each visit. Test facility is excellent. Overall very good experience.
