everything is fine..BUT the time management and lack of stuff is concerning.. i have visited to submit a blood sample it took me 2.5 hrs . Can you believe it !.. Its so frustrating for regular check ups.. its worst according to me.

Kindly find out corporate facilities extended to retired employees of HAL. As ex-employee I/d card bearing only ex employee's name & photo. What references are to be submitted for spouse to avail HAL rate for diagnostic test. Front office desk is not much familiar regarding the said matter. However today I have experienced friendly dealings for my test.This queries necessary for me for future also as and when my spouse will visit test lab if needed.

I have a lot to comment on this centre especially all the bad traits but seriously I don't want to waste time over it. 1. I specifically want to mention that i went for ultrasound recently , was called at 1730 hrs in evening and doctor came at 1915hrs. Even after coming so late the doctor's attitude was very rude and did all the scan in hurry . His name was Dr Manojit ghosh. The administration is requested to please teach him some manners and punctuality. 2. The receptionist (male) , I don't know his name told me i would get the reports on same day but when the USG was done i was told the reports would be ready by next day evening. Again a big lapse here. Why not to tell us truth rather than just blabbering around? 3. And seriously if you are charging so much money as compared to others, invest some money on cleaning and hygiene also. Rubbish and unhygienic washroom that someone would definitely end up with Urinary tract infections. 4. My only compliment to nurse and few Adm(sorry I couldn't get your names) people who helped me out with my problems.

Yesterday that is 26th May 2025, they collect bloo sample of my 14 day aged baby for bilirubin test. They claim the report become ready within 7pm on the same day, as we were badly needed the report and as there were no update regarding it we called them several time after 8pm, each time they replied the report is almost ready once the doctor approve we get the same. The same reply received till 12am today. And today morning we called them and get the same reply! Finally when we asked for the manager's contact number, they replied there is no as such manager's number. And they replied the lab will contact us, then around 11am someone called that they sample was not sufficient to conclude the repot! And asked us if we are ready to provide them the sample again! Imagine what type of irresponsible they are playing with the life threatening issue of a newborn baby!

7th July 2025 , Unprofessional billing staffs.They took 30mins each for single billing. Pathetic uncooperative manager. My parents returned without doing the test today after waiting for 2.30hrs just for fbg and hba1c. Even they are not capable of making bill in that period. Such unprofessional staffs and management for a medical sector where time is the key . I'm an old customer and day by day this centre becoming worst.

Too much disappointed towards the unprofessional and unethical behaviour by Suraksha Barrackpore unit. They cancelled my two appointments (13/07 and 20/07) for USG as the tests are under corporate tieup. They informed that Corporate tied up tests will not be done on Sunday. Why so? While booking they didn't say anything about it, though I booked it under corporate tie through customer care.

Barrackpore very bad service Rating is 000 The seat here is not as much, the patient stands up. The patient cannot sit, the service is also very useless. Here the staff is also a little work, no one works like this, nothing is available, nothing is available

Unprofessional staff, worse facility there were leakage from ac, poor housekeeping, took 30 minutes to clear one customer, not sufficient staff to attend multiple customers, staff were chatting within themselves when serving customers, no supervisor were found during two hours to manage the crowed. Complete picture of mismanagement. In my opinion I shall not visit in next time rather would prefer to visit fortis or Apollo.
