Overall I can say this is not bad and charges are reasonable. But lot of improvement scopes are there. Couple of points - it's hard to meet / talk to assigned doctor when your patient is admitted. Due to lack of communication at Hospital Administration end. You won't know when doc will be coming and hospital staff doesn't communicate properly. More efficient and professional staffs are required specially in reception - we don't expect them to play tic-tac-toe when they supposed to attend customers.

My wife Mrs Amrita Adkar was operated in your hospital. Operation was conducted successfully in time. She was taken well care off by your staff. Good professional staff and procedures. Only thing the room was very small and no ventilated properly. All the best for future.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at Galaxy Multispeciality Hospital barracpore My father was treated poorly, and the hospital's primary focus seemed to be on making money rather than providing genuine care. The staff was unresponsive, and the doctors didn't seem to prioritize my father's well-being. The hospital's attitude was purely commercial, and it was clear that they were more interested in generating bills than providing quality treatment. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone and would advise others to seek medical attention elsewhere. *Overall Experience:* Very poor.

This is for the one who had yet not gone to the hospital because beware once you are there you have no other option except shifting your patient (loved ones) to another hospital after seeing their management and doctor's quality and treatment!! But alas! It will be very late and you have lost both the precious money and the invaluable time duringemergency (called golden hour) to this facade hospital!! I am not the review type of person but during emergency you have to rely on these very reviews to judge any place as I have also done the same during emergency but today I am standing on the bad side of luck but hoping for you to lie on the good side of luck!! Doctors are very good..but other staffs are very much inefficient.. very bad behaviour.. female ward sister did not treat patients properly. Food, medicine not given timely.. very poor service And overall very bad

This is a very useless hospital, they only charge and the service is very poor and they do not know how to talk with the patient and customer, these people behave very badly. 1) And my patient was admitted on 09/06/2025 and he was in the male ward, then shifted to the super deluxe room on 11/06/2025, his bill was not given to me. 2) I have received the bill only from 11/06/2025 to 19/06/2025 and I have not received the bill for the 2 days for which my patient was in the male ward yet. 3) And one more thing, these hospital's fool the customers so much, my patient was admitted on 09/06/2025 and the discharge happened on 15/06/2025 ok . And then they made the bill from 11/06/2025 till 19/06/2025 What is this, this is scam and u people always fooled the customer. 4) And there is an employee of this hospital, I will not mention his name, at the time of patient admission he asked me to deposit security money, I asked him where should I do it, he told me to send it to him, I will deposit it at the reception and will give you the bill, but till now I have neither received his bill nor got my security money back . What is this this is a scam and you fooled people . This is my opinion to all patients and customers that you should never go to this hospital otherwise you will also become a fool like me .

My father was there admitted for 8 days bill amount 60 thousand. No improvement total waste of money Only glamour you see outside fancy staff Good looking receptionist that's all No proper care Doctor never come on time They will keep on increasing your stay time for increasing bill That's all

Clean, all safety measure are followed. All staff and doctors are very helpful and cordial in behaviour. Good treatment facility. Doctor explain everything to patient relatives about every procedure priorly.
