Facilities and machines are good but management & system not working properly thats why all patient and his/her attendance suffering with system. One thing is good that was neat and clean everywhere. Card payment was worst because it failed more then 3times so please upgrade your wifi also Dear Management please update your system ASAP to take you all plans easily Thank you so much

Worst facility, unprofessional behavior found, no proper food given to patients, in hospital they are providing chowmin to patients just before the day of their operation. No proper blood test happened.

One of the worst nursing homes in and around Barrackpore area. The area of the nursing home is too small. The behavior of the staff is neither professional nor good. Oh yes, the hygiene! This nursing home people don't even know if this word exists or not.

My recent stay at Barrackpore City Hospital left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. The management is so greedy that they kept me for an additional day for absolutely no reason. The communication between staff was poor, causing delays and confusion. The hospital's cleanliness was subpar, raising concerns about safety. You will find leaking toilets everywhere. The organization and coordination were severely lacking, leading to delayed records and wasted time. The billing department was a nightmare, with confusing and excessive charges. My family was completely harassed as they had to wait for over 8 hours for my discharge. Overall, I strongly advise against choosing this hospital for quality healthcare. The above star rating would have been negative in case there was an option.

Few days back i went to city hospital as my brother was admitted there.i like the behaviour of the staffs .they are quite friendly .rooms are clean and comfortable.they provide every medical services.even the food was also good

This is the most disgusting hospital ever. No hygienge in food,dishwasher,floor,beds,bedsheets. .no hygienge at all..all staffs were so rude n there behaviour is so akward..towards everyone....most disgusting hospital ever...this is personal experience of mine.,plz DNT go here for health n goodness...
