    SOUVIK KUMAR DAS

My giving my review as I faced at the time of end of the January 2025. My father was admitted for 4 days, and he was kept in the MICU for 2 of those days. Even after that, the doctors were not able to control his blood sugar. They kept saying that surgery couldn't be done because the sugar levels were too high. Finally, we decided to take a LAMA and shifted him to another hospital. There, within just 2 days, they managed to control his sugar and successfully performed the surgery. The hospital also lacked proper management. For example, if a patient is supposed to be discharged today, they will say all discharge formalities will be done by 11 AM. But even after 11:30 AM, nothing gets done. Staff members keep saying it's not their department. After a lot of follow-up, if somehow the discharge process is completed, then you'll find the billing person is not available. They come whenever they want, not according to the hospital timings mentioned at the billing counter.

Recently visited for my wife surgery.place was very nice.staff behavior is also good.gee things they need to improve. Staffs are not well trained. Poor management. Dicharge process could have been better. Management should focus on lack of areas.

Worst Managment and OPD i have ever seen in my life.sent email to management after phone discussion, still waiting for revert. Ignore visiting here if you have any other option. Email sent to management. I am writing to formally escalate a deeply concerning experience I had at your hospital on [july 15th ], which involved not just poor service but a serious lack of basic patient care and dignity. I had brought my 78-year-old father to your hospital seeking medical attention. We first visited the Emergency department on 14th of July (No Medication or tests done ) and were later directed to OPD. in appointment (15th July 2025) we were asked to reach the hospital by 3 PM and till 6:15 PM there was no doctor. Despite following the hospital's process and waiting patiently, we were made to wait for over three hours, without any clear communication, support, or update from the staff. Due to the prolonged wait and lack of basic facilities or assistance, my elderly father -- who is unwell -- urinated in his pants while waiting. This was extremely distressing for him and humiliating for us as a family. No staff came forward to help or even show concern despite our repeated requests. To make matters worse, we did not even get to meet the doctor, and despite this, 100 was deducted from the refund amount. This is completely unacceptable given the fact that no consultation or service was provided at all. This entire experience has been extremely upsetting and unprofessional.

One of the worst organized nurshing home I have seen, there are huge discipline but where comes to the patient treatment there was lack of hospitality we have faced..on the dated 28.05.2025 my wife admitted for delivery and we choose cabin for better hospitality but there was no supportive hand for help the patient when we needed for support we have to bell the ring for nurse ,over all two nurses gave the hospitality near about 10 patients, now my point of view is when I am paying you for better hospitality and choose cabin the. Why not they provide personal nurse or helping hand(AYA DIDI).The doctor Avik Ghosh is the best i think in Burdwan but the nurshing home management is the worst ..I don't recommend for any kind of treatment as the treatment amount is not a joke compared to the patient hospitality and treatment....

The roaster system is extremely poor. No token system. Patients are given preference as per their whims and fancy . Mo information on who is the next or how many patients are ahead of you. They excercise complete opaqueness. Completely appalled by this inhuman behaviour.

My hematoma was operated by Dr, Kartikeyan Rajaraman here. The doctor and supporting medical staffs are excellent for service and friendly behaviour no doubt. After getting so much good services I was fully surprised when I went to OPD for routine check up. The behaviour and services of billing staffs of OPD are very bad. They are not properly maintaining the visiting of patients to doctors who has come and billing first. Serious patients must be granted first. But sorry to say excepting serious patients many late coming and late billing normal patients are getting chance to visit doctor before the early billing and early coming patients with the help of these OPD billing staffs. My experience in OPD is very bad. Mainly we go to this type of super speciality hospital due to excellent doctors and for their treatments. But the environment of hospital is destroying by these type of non medical staffs.
