I appreciate your effort for better service and looking after the facilities efficiently. Still I would like to draw your attention to a major issue about the patient lavatory. The space is too small to use properly with proper hygiene. Cleanliness of the toilet should be much more updated.

Today my mom used to go for a knee xray . It was 750 rupees . My mom gave them 1000 rupees and employees are very bad in attitude they said they don't have any change on 1000 rupees . My mom had knee surgery 2 month ago ,she was asking for change, employee said "no"she don't have 250 rupees change. My mom was sitting there for 1 hr still they had no changes! Finally my mom has to go some other place for 750 rupees change , then she can pay .. she was waiting 12:30pm to 2pm .. is this reliable that they can't give you 250 rupees back on 1000 rupees ??? They don't realize patient side . It's harassment..... a good clinic they don't have 250 rupees change?? Its horrible and unprofessional experience !

Very very polite and we'll beabwar, also maintain perfect time no delay even they Handel carefully emergency condition patient. I have fully trust on them thanx.

All are good but before entering the USG room one of the staffs manipulating the line . She tried other person overtaking my patient after waiting more than two hours . I am a doctor and served govt. hospital more than thirty years. She is arguing me with wrong theory . I and my patients are visited regularly .

Clinic is clean and running with disciplined way. Behaviour of the employees is good. But no idea about the quality of the tests and the machines by which tests are being done.

Worst experience ever, went for USG... appointment was given at 6:45am in morning i took it because iam a feeding mother, went with my 5months old baby. Reached on time and after paying the fees and all they told you have to wait till 8:30am as doctor said they had some work. So much of irresponsible behavior of staff and doctor, it was very disappointing. Due to the abdominal pain i have to seat and wait as we have cancelled other appointment as we were getting this early, but at last they did more late. Prefer to go to apolo rather than suraksha.

Too bad experience .. After Slot booking before three days, and after visiting u have to take a long waiting list, previous booking has no value, ant the staffs are horrible.. Specially USG assistance girl.. Too aggressive to talk, bad behaviour and lots of bugs in their maintain system.. 1st and last visit for me. Booking id PI00381261
