I admitted my mom for kidney stone..on the same day the doctor S. K. Singh sir did the operation and after 1 day discharged my mother.. So fast service.. The staffs and the nurses and the doctor were very kind and polite to us... Very much helpful... A very good service at such affordable price.. A must recommended.. On 22/04/25 I went for my mother's tumor sergery. The experience is overall quite good. The hospital is clean, organised. From Doctor to all the sisters and staff's behaviour is appropriately good. It has deteriorated it's flavour of service. The supporting staff's behaviour is not conducive. They are lacking in their approach while dealing with the patients relative. Doctors are doing their best but treatment of a patient needs overall approach of auxiliary staff.

Recently i have vistied 2 times in the hospital 1st one with mother and 2nd one is with grandmother. The repective bed numbers 710 Pali Das and 510 now Lila rani Das... Today i am standing in the premises and found some interesting things that my grandmother already have the operation but the hospital did not have any admission report with grandmother now at the time of discharge they are preparing the admission report.. How ironic... With my mother case everthing is perfect and top notch service but the medicine department is like playing with the life of the patient... The nurse are asking for medicine several times as it is required to provide before dinner but the medicine department is in their enhoyemt process deliver then medicine after 4 hours... And now with my grandmother case they have comepeted the admission process but while shifting the ward they dont have any documentation adn right now waiting for 2 hours just for a medicine list.. how petectic service.. i will not recommend anyone...

Ambience is good. Communication system is prompt. Doctors are caring. Behaviour of all supporting staffs are also good. Overall satisfactory.

The facilities and supports are very good and help a lot, also very well behaved stuff and doctors supprt. Thanks for all your support.
