Booked slot from their customer care for a test and came from a distant location to this centre to get the test done. After arriving here the staff in the centre said the test is not possible now despite my booking. Wasted my time and money, also i was fasting for long to get this test done. Worst service and worst experience here in suraksha bongaon. Please do not come here for any tests, go for suraksha habra or somewhere else. Me and my wife had real bad experience here.my wife took a prior appointment for her tvs and follicular study but when we arrive the next day to the centre for test they said they didn't get any appointment from our side. Then somehow we booked the appointment but there is no privacy for women here, there was no lady nurse available to help my wife to remove her clothes and even there was another patient waiting in the same examination room. We did lots of examinations in other suraksha brunch( habra) and they were really nice and helpful with the full privacy of the women. Please avoid this suraksha unit.

Suraksha Diagnostics Bongaon is 2.5 km away from Bongaon Junction, 240 metres away from Bongaon Hospital, 100 metres away from Ganga Nursing Home. Bongaon is an important area in many aspects and it remains overly crowded especially near junction area almost all the time of the day. Suraksha Diagnostics here surely plays its role sincerely. The quality of tests is worth mentioning. The Staffs and Technicians are well mannered and efficient. They handle their patients and visitors well. In a nutshell it really renders good service in the near Border area...

They do not have any discipline and time management is at it's worst. They had given us the appointment time of 10.30am and the Doctor wasn't available for another 3 and half hours. Doctor came after 1.30pm. We had to wait for about 4 long hours with empty stomach. It was a brutal and insane period of time on this particular day. Authority needs to take care of this very strictly.

Nothing worse than that, they don't know what to do and what not to do. Only knows how to harass people. How will you get the money,

Terrible And Disrespectful manners of front desk employees towards older people.You don't disrespect them as if you own them.
