My recent experience at Balurghat Super Speciality Hospital was unfortunately mixed, leaving me with concerns about several key aspects of patient care. While I acknowledge the need for specialized facilities in the region, the hospital needs to address some significant shortcomings. My primary concern revolves around the staff. While some medical professionals demonstrated competence, the overall attitude of the nursing and support staff was inconsistent. Some were helpful and empathetic, but others were dismissive and seemed overburdened, which unfortunately translated into less than ideal patient interaction. This inconsistency in behavior creates unnecessary stress for patients and their families. Another major issue was the cleanliness. While certain areas appeared reasonably maintained, others, particularly the restrooms and common areas, fell short of acceptable hygiene standards for a healthcare facility. Cleanliness is absolutely critical in a hospital to prevent infections and ensure patient well-being. A more rigorous and frequent cleaning schedule is essential. Finally, a significant problem I encountered was the lack of timely doctor availability. On more than one occasion, scheduled appointments were delayed significantly, and it was difficult to get a doctor's attention when needed. This lack of timely medical attention can be particularly worrisome for patients and their families. Balurghat Super Speciality Hospital has the potential to provide valuable healthcare services to the community. However, addressing these issues concerning staff behavior, cleanliness, and doctor availability is crucial for ensuring a positive patient experience and delivering quality care. I hope the hospital administration takes these concerns seriously and implements the necessary improvements.

It's not so much good. Staffs of the hospital require more and proper training. Work must be carried out by them should be fast and management must require a scope of improvements. The place is very much away from the main town. Patients require a lot of time to reach their. Though modern equipments are used for medical checkup. Medicine available there at null cost.

Super speciality hospital facility is good and modern hospital, clean and clear all time, good doctor's, the nurse are good and careful and place also very nice.

Infrastructure of the Super Speciality Hospital is too good but there is not enough doctor presents for the treatment and all the service is not started yet.

Nice and clean hospital...doctors r very good and the hospital has up to date machines for any test.
