I called them yesterday afternoon to know when should I take my mother for check up with Dr. Debasis Chakraborty. My mother had a hip joint replacement and she can't sit for long time. That's why I called to know the tentative time. The person, who picked up the phone was very much rude as if I disturbed him by calling. He literally shouted on me, why I called him. He didn't listen a single word further from us and cut the phone. They are giving service or what I don't know. Very bad experience.

I personally Visited there with Dr. Sourav Kar for my hair Loss. After visiting 3-4 times Dr recommended for a massage course of Amount 7000. I paid 2000 instantly and then the experience was too bad. The Doctors Driver was sitting there with one Hand tool Like a Comb and he just passed it to me and told just to hold it on the scalp where hair density is less. I just left the chamber and never go further. Really i never seen such kind of massages which i had to do myself after paying.

Very poor management. In polytechnic receptionist are very rude didn't follow the proper rules Management should verify their receptionist team

Good Place for multi functional Medical facility.. you can get many type of doctors are available here and there is a good diagnosis centre is also available here.

Very well equipped polyclinic.Doctors of different specialities are available here.Very spacious patient waiting area.Facilities are very good. The receptionists are very polite and helpful.The medicine shop is also very well stocked
