I recently visited this healthcare center with my grandmother for an ECG. The process was efficient and straightforward. The billing was handled quickly, and the ECG was completed within 10 minutes, with the reports provided immediately afterward. However, my grandmother, being elderly, found the staff to be less attentive in assisting her with getting on and off the ECG bed. A little more support in this area would be appreciated. Overall, it's a good center that could benefit from slight improvements in customer care for seniors.

The blood collection was done within 5 minutes, and the entire procedure, including ECG and X-ray, was completed in 20 minutes. The staff's behavior was outstanding - truly next-level service! Overall Facilities are nice, the place is quite clean, and good selection of doctors, also the staffs are very humble, specially the girl who do billing wearing glasses is very polite and helpful, overall nice experience
