Dr. HLG Memorial Hospital

We had a very good experience at HLG Hospital, Asansol. My wife was recently admitted here for delivery, and I'm happy to share that both mother and baby are doing well. The hospital staff were all polite, supportive, and professional throughout our stay. The doctors and nurses took great care and made sure we were comfortable and informed at every step. Cleanliness and facilities were also well maintained. We are grateful for the care provided and would definitely recommend HLG for maternity services.

Fst of all i say that my mom admitted to this hospital in orthopedic dipartment and my mom got Excellent Treatment.All staffs included doctors and sisters are good in behaviour and polite.

I was admitted in HLG hospital 3rd floor cabin.This is the best recommended hospital in Asansol. All staff specially the nursing department is very humble and skillful.The doctor visit whenever we need them. Also the housekeeping staff is very cooperative and helpful. Thank you.

Rajan Sir, the neurosurgeon is very calm and talented doctor. The Staff behaviour (Gate Guards) are also good only if you would follow the rules, which is made for the benefit of patients. My father is still in NICU, and he is recovering very fast, the NICU nurse are also very good

My father sharwan Bhuiya admitted in hlg hospital under Dr. Rajen Sing. I admit my patient was cuconcisu. I got very satisfied treatment from this hospital. All nursing staff are wonderful and behaviour also very good, they treat the patient like a child. Cleaning and environment of the hospital is very good. Overall great experience from this hospital. I ,Tahamina Khatun admitted in HLG hospital 3rd floor cabin. The hospital is not well managed and the behaviour and quality of the nursing staffs and other staffs are not so good . Doctors are good .but treatment cost is too high.I am not satisfied in my treatment. Thank you

My mother was admitted to HLG Hospital, Asansol, for 10 days due to pancreatitis, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They just want money. Patient is nothing for them. The quality of care was unacceptable. The medical staff seemed untrained and careless - they did not know how to properly inject saline, which led to severe infections on both her arms. After that they have given her whole coconut in her hand to drink by herself. Despite repeated complaints, there was no proper attention or follow-up from the staff or management. Due to the worsening condition and lack of responsible care, we had to shift her to another hospital in Kolkata, where she is finally getting the proper treatment she deserves. I would strongly advise others to think twice before admitting a loved one here. Hospitals are meant to heal, not worsen a patient's condition due to negligence.
