Dr. S N Hospital and Heart Centre

I had a terrible and heartbreaking experience at this hospital. My father, a cancer patient, was struggling to breathe and urgently needed help. Despite repeatedly informing the hospital staff and doctors, no timely assistance was provided. The doctor refused to come to the patient or provide any oxygen or medication, even in such a critical emergency. It was shocking and inhumane to witness this kind of negligence in a medical facility. What happened to the oath doctors take to save lives and provide care? This hospital completely failed its basic duty towards a suffering patient. I strongly advise everyone not to trust this hospital during emergencies -- your loved one's life may depend on it.

The doctor is wonderful and a family friend but oh my God. The woman at the phone/receptionist needs a lesson in politeness. I called to reschedule an appointment and she just hung up. We call that badtameezi ki hadd around here.

Don't you feel ashamed of running such a pathetic place.....one of my relative got admitted..... it's such a horrible place that no water in washroom no cleaner, no staff to help patients with washroom usage .....any civilized and educated person understand the value of hygiene ..... Dear doctor hope you too can please pay a little attention in appointment of staff to maintain hygiene... It won't cost as much as maintaining your high end Audi and will only bring respect for you....hope you can read this one improve

Very bad service by staff and doctors hospital is not clean properly there is no management even in this Corona time they should be alert but not doctors and nurses behave is very rude. Mismanagement system there are no queue for the patients. There are a nurse her height is too small and slim, She is very rude and does't know how to talk patient attendant, Her behavior is worst in the hospital. First time, I have seen ever worst service in such kind of private hospital. I went there on 31st August 2020 and Never ever I will do not recommended to anyone else go at S.N Srivastav Hospital

Worst hospital ever. Giving one star bcz can't give half. Have been waiting for doctor and ultrasound since 5 hours, but went outside for his own work and kept the patients waiting. Also, does not sees the reports from other labs. No sympathy for patients

Totally, wast time......Staff not good and there was no primary benefits for extra paid amount RS. 2.50 .if you would like to visit SN hospital then don't pay any amount for primary ....I suggest, ramnagar or kashipur will be best ...
