Behaviour of staff is not gud. Kuch be baat puch lo achhe say jawab he nhi dete . Reception wali girls ki to apne he baat khatam nhi hote patient ki baat to kha say sunege ye .Hospital facility,infrastructure is good, but staff behavior,mangement is too wrost ,no proper mangement seemed,desk staff ,doc. Attandant and other duty staff not worked properly as not on proper manners. Bed experience

I recently visited Kapoor Multi-speciality Hospital for a dentist appointment and had a great experience. The staff was supportive, and the dentist was polite, helpful, and explained everything well. However, the cost was a bit high for me. Overall, it was a positive visit with excellent service.

Worst doctor and services. Dr. Ravindra Kapoor possess least knowledge about piles and fissures. Just want to make money by doing unnecessary operations.

Good experience in kapoor hospital roorkee . All staffs behave politely and in well mannered.

Pathetic services. They do not have any system to handle patients. No nurses or ward boys... most of the staff is illiterate Not recommended at all. It might be ok for OPD visits but if you are asked to get admit ... Please avoid it at any cost.
