First time I visited the clinic today (saturday) around 1 pm but I felt all the three receptionists were least interested to share the details. I asked "Mera number lga do" she said "aaj nahi kal lagega". Then I asked at what time tomorrow we can come, She just laughed. 'At 9.30 AM tomorrow' Other receptionists responded. When I turned back they were muttering like today is Saturday. Don't they know. It created a bad image in my mind. I will visit tomorrow again because I didn't met with doctor yet. Kindly don't make fun of patients if someone is enquring. Provide the right details politely.

The way he listens to you with a smile makes the patient feel much better. He does not do any drama like many other to the point he talks & suggested what is needed

Doctor is ok ok but not time punctuation. As opening time you can see on his board is 9am but he come in clinic almost 11am. Seems he not consider his job seriously.

Best Physician in Kotdwar. He gives enough time to patients unlike other doctors here.

Medicines you get everywhere but selling medicine brands of high margin which are new in market is terrible.
