Very worst experience every work done students of there nursing collage -- very unprofessional its a matter of life .. for saving money peoples do such things i am 6 months pregnancy time period the hospital only runing behave to shipra mam but management is not good

I visited Swatika Hospital for a urine test and found the washroom extremely dirty and unhygienic. Please take immediate action to improve cleanliness.

Doctors are very well knowledged and down to earth in nature. Shipra Ma'm is outstanding gyno, She prefers normal delivery even though the patient has not taken treatment from her hospital. She did not forces for sigerine until and unless its too serious.

Rating for the doctors (and most of the nursing staff) - 4.5* Rating for the cleanliness and internal system - 2.5* TPA Department - 0* (They look for lame excuses, amounting to lies, to not admit the patient for cashless option under mediclaim) This hospital in a way gives us feel of some of some old Government run hospitals, where minimum to no importance is given to hygiene. An example is, one of their washroom for the General ward doesn't even have a working light bulb and they aren't concerned enough to replace it.

Dr. Shipra is one of the best Gynaecologist in Khatima and I will say an honest and caring doctor. My wife was suffering for last 2 years and consulted Gyna doctors in Delhi as well but Dr. Shipra cured her completely and I am very thankful to her.

Room & Service is very good. Staff supportive also. Both doctor Shipra & Dipti mam is very nice..
