he done a angioplasty of patient after just 3 months patient got again heart attack and then we admit him here again the doctor put im in icu 4 days and in general ward 3 days still didn't did the angiography to see whats wrong and release and discharge him with saying he's all right and come after 10-15 days but after just reaching home within 2hrs the patient die.
