Dr. Velmed Hospital

Was admitted in here(in a semi private room) for 4 days and had the best service from Dr. and nurses but only the other staff like the Janitors and all won't budge until you call them at least 5 times. Otherwise other services are good enough.

Last time my mother was admitted here in 2022. We had a very bad experience & decided never to come back to this hospital . This time after almost three years once again we are here for my mother treatment in emergency and it was truly a pleasure experience to see complete turn over . Staffs are polite and eager to assist. Doctors are available in time. Wards are clean and you can feel entire hospital is buzzing with positive & friendly atmosphere. Mother was immediately admitted in ICU & after three days Mother was shifted in private ward. We got all the required help from all ward staff. Thanks to each & every ward staff for providing comfort to my mother day & night. Finally after 6 days my mother is getting discharged. Special thanks to Dr Sandeep Kumar for giving a effective treatment to my mother. He is very polite, humble and always with a friendly smile . Thank you very much Sir. Special thanks to Operation Head Mansa madam. Finally I hope this standard is maintained throughout .

The hospital is very clean and modern, and you can tell they maintain high standards. The doctors I interacted with were knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The nurses and other staff were equally attentive, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. What stood out to me was how organized everything was - from admission to treatment, everything ran smoothly. The facilities are excellent, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout.

Good Morning, I had been admitted in the Velmed Hospital for 5 days for my surgery. It's been great experience. The staff is really compassionate from the lower hierarchy to the upper level.
