I am incredibly grateful for the care my daughter received at Healing Touch Hospital. Dr. Nitika Mittal is a Good doctor and treated my daughter's infection, explaining everything clearly . I also want to extend a thanks to Mr. Anil from the TPA desk. He was exceptionally helpful and made the entire insurance process smooth .The combination of excellent medical care from Dr. Mittal and the wonderful support from staff like Mr. Anil makes me highly recommend Healing Touch Hospital to any parent.

Exceptional Pediatric Care - Dr. Nitika Mittal I have been taking my child to Dr. Nitika Mittal for several years now, and I can't express enough how impressed and grateful I am for her care. From the moment we walked into her clinic, the environment felt warm, welcoming, and kid-friendly. The staff was also friendly and attentive, which made the entire experience much smoother. Dr. Mittal is an outstanding pediatrician who is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate. She takes the time to thoroughly listen to any concerns, explains everything in detail, and ensures that all questions are answered with patience and clarity. My child feels so comfortable around her, which makes visits to the doctor a lot less stressful. What sets Dr. Mittal apart is her attention to detail. Best hospital for child treatment. My child suffering from hepatitis A and his enzymes was almost 10 times as per defined limit but this hospital provided concentrated care and reduce level to 3 times and we discharge in 3 days but need weekly visit till the time enzymes not come in needed level. My experience was perfect I am from Delhi and got treatment like same Delhi hospital like Max, Apollo. Best hospital as my experience.

Doctor himself is not punctual & is very casual. He doesn't value time of patients. After waiting for one hour I had to cancel appointment & refund was not given immediately. It couldn't be received even after 3 hrs.

I visited the emergency, the doctor took my wife with him and prescribed injections and medicines without even checking her and the unprofessional nurse did not get the veins in my wife's hand and she was repeatedly inserting injection needles which was painful for my wife and then I refused to get it injected and she also charged for it, if you did not get the veins then why are you giving the injections in the first place, very dispointing

Hi , Good experience with Healing touch hospital, my mother was admit in this hospital for 3 days under Dr Nikita Mital observation. Dr Nikita is very polite and soft spoken with patient. Hospital staff are also very cooperative.

We went for our infant's constipation issues, and Dr. Nitika was fantastic. She understood our problem and diagnosed it rapidly. The medicine she prescribed was very useful too. She was however the only good part about that hospital though, our experience turned into a nightmare. There were mosquitoes everywhere, no air conditioning or lighting. It gives the vibes of you're here to die. We were also prescribed a blood test, and whatever you do, DO NOT GET YOUR BLOOD TESTED in there. None of the staff were wearing gloves, they touched the syringe with their bare hands. The nurses had no, or didn't know, the protocol to collect blood and it seemed like they were just learning. The sample collection room was dirtier than any other room I've been in, in India so far. We decided to NOT do the blood test there and I went to the pharmacy to buy the medicine. It was 22nd April, and the pharmacist gave me all three medicines. One of them had an expiry of 04/2025. When I pointed that out, she said, 'Iss maheene chal jaayegi'. That was the last straw, I left the premises vowing to never go back there again. It'll have to Max, this point onwards, no matter where I am in Doon. Did I mention the nonchalant attitude of everyone except the doctor, as if they were doing me a favor by doing their job. No one responded to questions, they didn't bother to even properly greet. The only time that they spoke was when they spoke of how much s we needed to deposit. It felt like the KILLING TOUCH more than the Healing Touch. Worst worst hospital and all management staff I am waiting last 3 hrs and staff do nothing I mentioned Respected Dr shashak Mittal and Dr Nikita Mittal please manage your Staff and also ek no machine aata hai vo lagao jis se log baar baar number pucha ne na aaye and mostly your front desk office
