Dr. Gastrolife Hospital & Swasthya Clinic

I had a confirmed appointment at 12:30 PM but wasn't seen by the doctor until 1:30 PM. A 10-15 minute delay is understandable, but waiting an entire hour with no clear communication is frustrating and reflects poor appointment management. The inefficiency in handling schedules needs serious improvement--patients' time should be respected.

I got this unfortunate opportunity to visit this clinic as my friend was suffering from Jaundice. The staff and Dr. Pankaj, don't know what equation they share but all are liars and sitting wide open to gain money alone. The receptionist lady (forgot to ask her name), she will give you all the vague reasons to keep you waiting denying your pain and discomfort. They give you a certain time to come and then make you wait for hours(2 hours in our case). They charge Rs. 700 for every visit and 7 day re consultation. Knowing this the greedy Doctor purposely writes come in 10 days do show the report. He charged 700 just to see the reports and say all is good. For this he made us wait 2 hours and gave 1min time to see the report. Even we knew all is good from the reports. These people are thugs in the name of hospital. You suck doctor Pankaj. May you get all in return. My blessings for your downfall . Mark my comment and see your future crumble!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Swasthya Clinic. The waiting time was unbearably long, with no clear communication about the delay. It felt like they were prioritizing profit over patient care, as I was charged exorbitantly for basic services without any proper explanation. The staff seemed indifferent and lacked professionalism, which added to the frustration. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for prompt and ethical medical care. A complete waste of time and money.

Frauds are sitting there taking consultation charges twice for visits. Plus punctuality of the doctors and attitude of the receptionist, especially a lady putting mascara and showing superiority, are serious problems. Never visit this hospital ever. Even if all the hospitals are shut. These guys will loot you in your bad times!!

The doctor barely glances at you, rushing through appointments without consideration. There's a lack of other experts, causing delays as he handles every procedure. The management is subpar, especially during emergencies, risking worsening conditions. Appointments are uncertain, requiring calls each visit, and scheduling a day in advance is unreliable. The clinic seems to operate based on the staff's mood. And they charge for follow ups every time, unnecessarily expensive. The lady receptionist, the one with heavy makeup treats us like servants and flaunts herself as if she is walking on the red carpet.

Dr. Dixit is good at attending the patients but punctuality of the doctor is questionable and the staff behaviour is objectionable. The receptionist is of another universe attitude, she is like "doctor toh apni marzi se aayenge, unhe kon bolega". Another one at the general test is like "yahan log 8 bje se number likha k baithe hain, aap to 11 bje aayen hain ,wait kriye". The doctor is scheduled to come at 12, i don't even know why, what timing is that, and then attends after 1 pm. Illogical reasons and very inappropriate behaviour of the staff.

Very cooperative staff with humble and polite nature. The doctors treat their patient with the best of their knowledge.

Never visit this place. Waste of time. Had to wait for 3 hours when I was asked to come at a certain time. The receptionist kept saying more 5mins and it lasted for 3 hours. Later to find out that doctor just checked the reports and took 700. Beware of these Frauds!!
