Dr. Dwarka Clinics

While the doctors at Dwarka Clinic are highly competent, the clinic's management is shockingly inefficient. Appointments seem to hold no value here, patients are routinely made to wait over an hour, even with prior bookings. This reflects a serious lack of respect for people's time and raises questions about the clinic's operational integrity. It's unacceptable for a healthcare facility to run this poorly. The management must take immediate steps to fix this chaos.

One of the least professional medical centre, aimed with intentions to loot money from customers, even to get the report to be read by the doctor you have to pay the consultation fees again. No respect for customers time either. Patients are being treated casually, with no regard to medical guidelines. Dwarka Clinic Is centre for profit making and not for treatment.

Best gastrology doctor and also best surgeon too .we appreciate the way they treat from his desk .very nice experiance and treat very nicely and calm full.

I recently visited dwarika clinic in race course d.dun and had a good experience. From the friendly staff to the through and caring doctors everything was exceptional and I highly recommend this clinic

This is a "loot ka adda" . Although the doctors are highly competent. Good for those who have unfair money to waste.

Reception staff is very rude do not have manners how to talk to customers .I have gone through so many reviews of this hospital owner or who ever is giving reviews reply should focus on giving training to the staff instead of keeping ball on the staff side.Hope you should take the note seriously.

I recently visited Dwarika clinic and was quite disappointed by the behavior of the reception staff specially a girl with tattoo oh her chest. Upon arrival, I was met with a lack of professionalism and courtesy that I did not expect from a place . all the receptionist seemed uninterested and dismissive of my concerns. When I asked for assistance, I received rude responses, and it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

Behavior of receptionist is very bad to see and un professional..and setting arrangements is very pathetic...old patient are standing bad to see this...
