Dr. Dr. Apoorva Pandey - Best Otolaryngologist in DEHRADUN

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Apoorva Pandey, OPD at Indresh Hospital. From the start, the communication was lacking. I felt rushed during my visit, and the doctor didn't take the time to listen to my symptoms or ask the right questions. I had been dealing with ongoing ear & vertigo issues, but instead of providing a clear diagnosis or explaining possible causes, Dr. Apoorva just seemed disinterested and handed me a generic prescription without explaining its purpose or any potential side effects. He was more interested in admitting me to the hospital without explaining the seriousness of the diagnosis. It felt like a businessman sitting in front of me trying to complete his targets. When I asked questions, the answers were vague and didn't address my concerns. I left the office feeling more confused than when I arrived. I ended up seeking a second opinion from a different ENT, and they took the time to thoroughly examine me and provide a clear diagnosis. I would not recommend Dr. Apoorva to anyone who values clear communication and an accurate diagnosis.
