Absolutely useless, My wife and daughter( 6 yr old) we admitted for cough and fever. It was too cold, hospital staff gave wet bedsheets on the bed, when asked for another, had to wait for hours, my daughter is 6 yr old and was shivering in cold, when asked for a heater in the room it took multiple requests and many hours to get that simple thing. Nurse was busy on phone and was trying to avoid to help. Hospital had admitted my daughter in emergency but started 1st dose after approx 8 hrs. BCoz Dr wasn't available(as per them waiting for reports), then what was emergency made for? Even after 5 days not much improvement was noticed. After suffering for 5 days & so much of trouble they finally decided to go home unwell. My wife tried to talk to Dr Anshika Jain over phone, but she said "do not call me directly". Nurses are too scared to talk to Dr. If a patient cannot talk to doctor why are they admitting patients? My daughter and wife both are unwell, getting discharged with a total bill of around 90,000. We will go to another Dr to get treated. Many other situations we faced at your hospital, I am not mentioning here. Shame on you. You call yourself Doctors and Hospital.

I was recently admitted to CMI Hospital, where I received treatment from Dr. Paras Agarwal, a renowned and highly skilled orthopedist. He is not only excellent in his field but also a genuinely generous person. I was hospitalized for four days, and overall, the facilities were commendable. The doctor and housekeeping staff were particularly impressive in their service and professionalism.However, I feel the female nursing staff could improve in both their professionalism and their behavior towards patients. I would once again like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Paras for the excellent care and treatment I received.

My wife, aged 64, had been experiencing knee pain for an extended period. We sought consultations with specialists in New Delhi and various hospitals in Dehradun, where knee replacement was consistently recommended. In our quest for treatment options in both Dehradun and Delhi, we discovered Dr. Paras Aggarwal, an Orthopaedic Surgeon at CMI Hospital in Dehradun. Ultimately, we decided to proceed with treatment at CMI under Dr. Paras's care. After visiting multiple facilities, my wife felt assured that Dr. Paras would provide the necessary attention and expertise. This confidence stemmed from our initial meeting, where his clear and thorough explanation of her condition and treatment options was easily comprehensible. At no point did he pressure us to choose him exclusively for the treatment; he even engaged in discussions with my daughter in New Delhi over the phone. My wife was admitted to CMI on April 29, 2025, with surgery scheduled for April 30. Throughout this period, Dr. Paras diligently monitored her condition, communicating with both her and my daughter. By the time she was taken to the operating room, she felt confident and showed no signs of anxiety. The surgery was successfully performed, and she was moved to the ward within two hours. Dr. Paras continued to check on her frequently, even during the night, to assess her recovery. The following day, she began to walk slowly, and by the third day, she was able to walk and ascend stairs. All the outcomes post-surgery aligned with what Dr. Paras had explained beforehand. I am grateful to Dr. Paras for his unwavering support; on the day of the surgery, I was alone with my wife, as my daughter was away in New Delhi, yet I never felt isolated due to his assistance. Thank you. Contrary to the earlier comments made on social media, all nursing staff, whether on day or night shifts, demonstrated exceptional cooperation, consistently approaching patients with a smile and providing attentive care. We commend the supporting staff for their diligent efforts in maintaining cleanliness and attending to patient needs. On several occasions, I reached out to them during the night to address patient requirements, and they responded with the same cheerful demeanour and professionalism. My wife was discharged from the hospital on 5th May. As a beneficiary listed on the government panel, I received valuable guidance and assistance from the administration, particularly from Mr. Mahaveer Singh. The overall atmosphere of the hospital is praiseworthy, with cleanliness maintained both inside the rooms and in the surrounding areas. My gratitude extends to Dr. Paras and his team. We would like to formally acknowledge the contributions of CMI Physiotherapist Ms. Pooja, who has been providing post-surgery physiotherapy and continues to do so at patient's home. Her expertise in her field has instilled confidence in the patient, affirming her ability to recover. My wife is showing significant progress. My wife has demonstrated considerable improvement. Today, she was able to walk independently while under the supervision of Ms. Pooja. In general, when considering treatment in a hospital, we evaluate the facilities beyond just the medical services. It is important to remember that our primary goal is to ensure the patient receives proper care. The additional facilities are intended for the comfort of the attendants. Absolutely pathetic experience at CMI Hospital, Dehradun. Brought my mother with a history of minor brain stroke to their emergency ward, paid emergency fees, and got ZERO real care. Senior doctor gave a casual diagnosis without proper checks. When my mother became unconscious, nurses refused to monitor vitals, saying "no staff available" -- unbelievable for an emergency ward! Doctors prioritized OPD patients over an unconscious emergency case. Had to rush her to another doctor for proper treatment. Totally careless, irresponsible and dangerous hospital. STAY AWAY if you care about your loved ones.

Honest Review of CMI Hospital My father recently underwent a Burr Hole Skull Surgery for a Subdural Hematoma. Initially, we were receiving emergency treatment at another private hospital. However, we were hesitant to proceed with the surgery there due to a lack of confidence in the young surgeon, especially considering the risks involved. After consulting multiple hospitals and seeking opinions from friends and family, we eventually had a discussion with Dr. Kuriyal at CMI Hospital. Despite previously having a negative perception of CMI due to poor reviews, our meeting with Dr. Kuriyal completely changed our outlook. His extensive experience--having performed over 15,000 surgeries--and the confidence he exuded gave us the reassurance we needed. The surgery was performed the very next day and went smoothly. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and would strongly recommend CMI Hospital for any neurosurgical procedures, particularly under the care of Dr. Kuriyal. That said, it's important to be aware of a few limitations: Pros: * No unnecessary diagnostic tests or procedures. * Admission to critical care is based purely on medical necessity. * Charges are quite economical for a private hospital. * ICU/HDU services are really good Cons: * The lower staff, particularly in the Emergency and General wards, can be casual and inattentive at times. * The hospital infrastructure is relatively old. * Cleanliness is average and could be improved. In summary, if you're seeking a hospital with top-tier facilities and amenities, CMI may not meet your expectations. However, if your priority is access to an experienced neurosurgeon and you're willing to compromise slightly on staff service and infrastructure, CMI Hospital is a dependable choice.

I missed a step while descending the staircase which resulted in multiple fractures of my Tibia and Fibula bones. My husband took me to Dr HK JOHRI and on several rounds of consultation with Dr Johri, Dr AK Goyal and Dr Paras Agarwal while referring scans and MRI, surgery was planned to fix the fractures with Titanium Plates and Screws. Surgery was performed at the most reputed CMI Hospital under the hands of above highly qualified and experienced Ortho Surgeons of the town. I am highly satisfied with the result, 30 days of the surgery passed, when stitches and temporary cast are all removed. And glad to post this review and extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr HK Johri Dr Paras Agarwal and their entire staff members who provided all round best care and services for my well being, during the 3 day stay.
