Hospitals are meant to be sanctuaries of healing, where compassion and care are as vital as any medicine but This is not the case with this Hospital. Recently, one of my family members were admitted here. Unfortunately, the Hospital exhibited a severe lack of management and accountability. Nurses were inattentive and unresponsive, leaving the patient without timely care or support. My family member received minimal assistance, compelling us to handle most responsibilities ourselves. Delays and negligence were rampant, with no sense of urgency or compassion from the staff. A bad experience through and through. Would not recommend or take anyone there ever again.

This hospital was a huge letdown. A close family member was admitted here recently, and the care was shockingly poor. Nurses barely paid attention, and getting any kind of help felt like a constant struggle. Most of the time, we had to manage things ourselves because the staff just didn't seem to care. There was no proper system, no accountability, and absolutely no compassion. It honestly felt like the people working there were just going through the motions, not actually trying to help. Would never go back and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very good experience at Panacea Hospital in Kabir Nagar, Durgakund. The doctors and staff are very kind, helpful, and professional. The hospital is clean and well-maintained. They take good care of the patients and give proper attention to every need. I am very satisfied with the treatment and services here. Thank you, Panacea Hospital!

1 Star Genuine Feedback - Extremely Disappointed This has been one of the worst experiences we've had with any hospital. The doctors here stopped my father's long-term medication, which he had been taking for over 30 years, without proper reasoning or monitoring. As a result, his condition became critical, and we were forced to rush him to another hospital in an emergency. Such negligence and unprofessionalism from the medical staff is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly urge others to be cautious before trusting this place with their loved ones' health. A hospital should heal, not harm.

I had a visit to hospital for treatment, but found out that nothing could be worst than this. Dirty and pathetic could be good word. Few points elaborated for your help to identify: 1. Doctor: dr Ashutosh Mishra does not tells the problem and no discussion, he just writes the medicine after seeing the reports, even if you want to ask something, the nurses will try to escort you out as soon as possible. The medicines he gave were only available in his clinic not even online. The patient did not see any good changes after visiting and his sugar level increases after those medicines. 2. Dietician: she is worst among all, no sitting in her cabin, just stand and listen her for 30 minutes, she also does not listens to patients. But the bigger problem is her ego. 3. Security guards: they are too rude with everybody, they will not see whether patient or elderly is there, they always shout like hell. 4. Facilities: no AC, sitting facilities were there, but they all were full. The worst is there was no changing sockets for phones as I was visiting after 300 kms drive. Reception also refused to charge on her desk, one socket I found near security, but she also refused rudely. 5. Over priced 6. The physiotherapist was good and friendly. There are few more but I think, this much should be enough for me to do not visit that hospital again. The cure was not offered to patient, the medicines were of local company. The doctors were not telling a thing about problem and not even listening the problem. Choose you health wisely, do not put it in wrong hands.

It's good hospital Main Doctor are very good, other doctors also good. Some medical attendant are not supported as they should have been atleast in the ICU ward they make picknic spot at ICU ward the management has to review the ICU ward and verified the staff at time to time because this is a hospital and the main focus must be on pateint. Main thing about Ayushman card issue. Ayushman card No one care while discharged time take full day to discharge and formalities

Panacea Hospital in Varanasi is the best Hospital. Doctors are highly experienced, staff are cooperative and over treatment experience is really good.

Unhyginic hospital with very rude staff they force patient to get admitted for many days in icu without any serious illness just to make money for ayshman card holders. Government should take strict action against these hospitals
