Warning I would like to share a troubling experience I had with "The Heart Clinic". I spent a few hours there with my father for 'Holter Monitoring Test', but the unprofessional staff treated us very poorly. Throughout this entire process, I have been extremely frustrated and upset. There was a lack of professionalism in response to my father's patience and effort, which is completely unacceptable. It is my pleasure to note that Dr Sudhakar is a very nice person, but his staff, particularly the who is sitting on reception, are very unprofessional. By sharing this post, I hope that it raises awareness and prompts 'The Heart Clinic' to address these issues. He is one of the best and humble cardiologist in varanasi , not only the doctor but the whole staff is so cooperative , I was dealing with ectopic beats since 2 years , the doctor really understand's my problem n helped me alot , and the most special thing he never prescribe any unnecessary medicine , hope he will continue like this God bless him

Called the doctor for an emergency visit. Doctor arrived without any medication. Didn't know how to perform CPR. Misdiagnosed an MI(myocardial infraction) as a stroke.

Doctor is good but you didnt get sufficient time to tell your problem especially if doctor prescribe test avoid test at centre because they charge more than other diagnosis center. And PA of docter is very cunning he always try to fool you never ask with him for diagnosis consultation.
