Dr. Doctor Rajeev kumar Gupta

Well I came to know about Dr Rajeev Kumar Gupta after the recommendation of a very reputed kidney specialist Dr. DN Sinha (mahmoorganj) who charge 1700 consultation fees and after 4 days again you have to pay it. No doubt Dr. Rajeev kumar Gupta is a good and veteran Diabetes specialist in town. He practices in two clinic (luxa & jalpa devi near gola deenanath). His consultation fees 500 and again after 10 days you have to pay the same amount. Everyday in his both clinics anyone can easily experience huge number of patients who are waiting for their turn. Bad experience : The reason why I give one star is given below I visited jalpadevi clinic where I waited so long outside the clinic with my weak mother along with other patients who were sitting here n there. To see Dr Rajeev Gupta one has to call on a landline num sometimes it is out of service . What can one do if there is any emergency . They don't have any mobile num in this digital India. Ohh come on you can't do this with your patients who wait so long out side at the road just to see you. Atleast provide a mobile num where we can call to book an appointment. You charge 500 fees and talk almost nothing. Dr . Please arrange a proper place for your faithful patients who wait outside side the road. We can't expect this kind of service from a reputed veteran dr like you. I have a huge respect for you. Please mark my words and take some action sir. Thanks
