Dr. BPS Heart Clinic

Dr. PR Sinha's was good particularly during his tenure at BHU but as usual with retired doctor recently in his private clinic, his expertise is overshadowed by inefficient appointment system merely open for 15 mins still not picking calls, arrogant staffs behaviour, which severely tarnish the patient experience.

The consultation fees is 1000 and echo is 1500...the appointment starts from 5 AM and is booked with the fees amount...there is no online or calling options for booking...1000 seems costly..better go to BHU...

Doctor Is one of the best . From 8 years My Grandfather has been visiting the doctor, but during these 8 years he hadn't faces any issue related to Cardiac. Appointments are taken through call also but the time is very bounded , i.e. 15 minutes only. This needs to be increased.

One of the staff particularly the man deputed at the gate is very rude,harsh and has no sense of civil conversation.Y ou are treated by him as if a herd or beggers gathered to seek charity or alms.The dr.is required to seriously look into the matter & stop the good reputation of the hospital getting tarnished by this single person.

Rude behaviour of staff and no moral responsibility regarding pateint comming from long distance due to this no one like BPS clinic staff,no sense of talking to civilians. Totally unsatisfied

The doctor is very polite, humble and calm. He attended me very politely and professionally. He seemed to a great doctor.

Very dirty behavior of this doctor, he does not have the manners to speak to the staff.
