We recently lost a beloved member of our family who was admitted to Apex Hospital, Varanasi, under the care of Dr. S.S. Patel, an orthopedic specialist. What began as a stable condition turned into a tragedy due to what we believe was gross medical negligence and poor ICU management. Despite being under intensive care, we witnessed a shocking lack of attention, communication, and urgency from both the hospital staff and Dr. S.S. Patel. Questions about the treatment plan were met with vague or indifferent replies. There was no clarity, no proactive care, and absolutely no transparency in what was being done. Dr. Patel's role during this critical time was, in our view, highly disappointing. His disconnection, lack of accountability, and absence of compassion were appalling. We had put our trust in this hospital and in him--but that trust was utterly broken, and we paid the ultimate price for it. This review is not just a complaint--it is a warning to others. Please think twice before trusting your loved ones to this hospital, especially in serious or ICU situations. Medical care requires not only knowledge but humanity, both of which we found painfully missing here.

My husband treatment is running under Dr Suboohi Jafar ma'am, I'm seeing him in a healthier condition than earlier stage of the cancer,what to say about the doctor she is incredibly best Oncologist,my husband got a lives because of her treatment and suggestions,we both feel mentally strong and stable,properly taking guidance.
