Staff behaviour is very bad. today I visited the doctor's clinic. At enquiry counter supporting staff slapping me and abusing me as like uneducated people.

Dr. Naresh Nausraan is a very experienced and good doctor, but a bad staff can ruin the image of both the doctor and the hospital. Ever since he opened a new hospital at a new location, the new staff that joined is extremely rude. They don't know how to talk to patients. Today, I had an appointment between 1-2 pm, but my turn came at 5:30 pm in the evening. It seems they don't value anyone's time. If you say anything, they get aggressive. The person measuring blood pressure and the one standing outside the doctor's room calling names were both extremely rude. I don't believe in writing abusive comments on Google, but today I'm cursing both of them from my heart. The guy at the front desk, who had a plaster on his leg, had a slightly better attitude. Doctor sir, please do something about these people. They act very humble in front of you, but outside, they behave like thugs. I'm not complaining or giving advice, but someday, these two will get beaten up. I gave one star because of the staff, though you are a good person and a capable doctor.

Dr. Naresh Nausran is good and experienced, but his staff is very uneducated; they treat patients like sheep and goats. There is no fixed time for the doctor to come and go, and appointments have no meaning here. You have to wait for at least 3 hours. Only the doctor's time has value here; everyone else is treated as if they have nothing better to do.

They Don't value patient's time and staff behavior is very very bad

Dr Naresh is very competent & a well behaved man. But This is the most unorganised setup in the town this clinic lacks educated staff & they deal there patients like animals..this is the only clinic in 2021 that operates without appointment procedure. Mr Sabaan the front desk manager here has created the whole Rakkas here...and when you ask "why" he will reply that this is all due to Doctor's instruction. But I am surprised bcoz as far I No Dr Naresh is a well educated smart person. My Experience Reached the clinic at 6:30 morning waited for 30min outside they opened the fate at 7:10 I asked me sabaan to give me a paid appointment and help me with the tentative time when I can come to visit the Dr. He told me that I have to grab a chair and wait for 2-3 hours even if I am the first patient ..I asked him why not you give me a tentative time so I can come and visit the dr as it is not safe to stay back in the clinic in this pendamic...he said no ..in our clinic there is no appointment procedure u have the same procedure like a rashan shop where u have to stand and wait. Just amazing @Dr naresh Nausran u really need good managers as these ppl have made the patient experience pethatic. plz do something about this.

I don't know about the treatment. I was here for my sister and when they said to us that go to the waiting area and believe me guys It was the store of grimy, filthy, Dirty.. I can't even explain. I just wanna say if these types of doctors makes thousands of rupees a day then why don't they care about the patient amenities. Really sad.

Docter behaviour is not good.he does not ask anything about your problem.
