Dr. Yashlok Hospital & Research Centre

The experience at this hospital has been very bad. The window for booking the appointment is 8-11AM. At around 8:20AM i got 41 number because Receptionist didn't care to inform me that appointment registered on phone call starts after 20, thereafter once i reached there,even upon enquiring everywhere no one cleared the number the doctor was attending.The hospital didn't have any digital number display board that is often available even at mere clinics nowadays. This seems very deliberate as many patients were entering the chamber without being called out.Clear preferencial treatment were given. As it was my first visit and i wasn't used to such management anywhere in the city,out of disbelief i asked the attendant sitting outside the chamber, thereafter i was raided and told to sit down by the entire staff there. Will never recommend to anyone as staff were non-cooperative and don't even care to address patients' queries, moreover they were extremely upset for questioning them.

Very Good Hospital with state of art facilities, very cooperative and experienced doctors. Having had a long term association of more than 25 years, I always recommend people with orthopedic problems and for gyneco to visit here. Staff is also good, good reception services as well as very hygienic rooms.

The staff, from the doctors to the nurses and receptionists, were incredibly kind, compassionate, and efficient, making my stay comfortable and reassuring. The hospital's operations were smooth and efficient. I was seen promptly, and my mother's treatment plan was clearly explained. The staff were always organized and prepared, which helped to alleviate any anxiety I had.
