    Extremely Disappointed - Avoid at All Costs My experience at this hospital was absolutely horrendous. Dr. Abhinav Malviya is one of the rudest doctors I've ever encountered. He lacks even the most basic manners when speaking to patients. Instead of offering care or support, he constantly insults and humiliates those who come to him in vulnerable conditions. His attitude is not only unprofessional but also downright inhumane. He should not be allowed to deal with patients at all. The hospital itself is no better. The management is a complete disaster. Hygiene seems to be a foreign concept here--filthy floors, trash lying around, and bathrooms that are beyond disgusting. The entire place reeks of negligence. The nurses appear to have no proper training or medical knowledge, and they're just as careless as the rest of the staff. This is not just a bad hospital--it's a risk to your health and dignity. I would never recommend anyone step foot in this place. Patients deserve respect, cleanliness, and competent care, none of which you'll find here.

    Doctors need to learn manners first. It's a pity to see doctors exploiting poor patients. Asking them for bill/receipt is like asking for their kidneys. They just want to avoid any payment record. Employees sitting at reception are even worse. Only bothered to eat their lunch. Review based on experience with Dr Asthana and his female receptionist. There will definitely be some exceptions.

    The behavior of the pathology staff was not good. They were speaking rudely to patients, which is very disappointing. Hospital staff should be polite and respectful, especially when dealing with patients who are already in distress. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the staff's attitude.

    Extremely Disappointing Experience in the Maternity Ward I had a horrible experience at this hospital, particularly in the maternity section. The behavior of the nurses was extremely unprofessional and rude. They misbehaved with the patient and showed no compassion or basic courtesy, which is especially important in such a sensitive department. Even after delivery, proper care and treatment were not provided. During the night, when the patient needed assistance, the nurses were found sleeping instead of attending to their duties--despite the fact that we were charged a nurse fee of 12,000. Such negligence and mistreatment in a maternity ward are completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope the hospital authorities take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements in their staff behavior and patient care.

    Dr Asthana one of the worst doctor I have ever seen he has no manner how to talk or how to give respect to patients. He just don't bother about anyone just sitting making huge money that's it. Useless similar medicine poor staff. Not even a single facility is upto the mark just simply looting the peoples.

    Almost all hospital in city have no or minimal parking. lack of efficiency in all working staff specially nursing staff. Billing work on priority if you couldn't showed any political relationship. Just a money making point and getting the advantage of high population and null activation of administration. All hospital forget the rule honesty and kindness. One more TPA office of hospital is corrupted in my opinion matter of investigation and admin should clean this page. But hospital is neat and clean.

    Doctors are good, but the leady who is working as a third party insurance assistance has no manner how to talk the attendant and how to take initiative to insurance company to get the cashless facility . I have experienced this twice and in both the cases she was unable to clarify the questionnaire raised by the insurance company and resulted me to pay full expenses from pocket despite of having good company insurance. Most of the admin staff available in the hospital is also not happy with her and every had said that if they were close to owner , they would have fired her long back ..

    So bad.... here ward facility is so poor ..there is no proper clean ward not change bedsheets in 3days I'm extremely disappointing and feeling bad for the way hospital treat regarding facilities
