I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The visiting hours are also strange -- only 15 minutes early in the morning or in the evening, which is very inconvenient. On top of that, even adult visitors are often not allowed to see the patient. There is no proper mobile network inside, especially near the ICU. The nurses lack basic communication skills and empathy. In my opinion, it's one of the worst experiences I've seen, especially because of the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Many people are disturbed and unhappy with the way they are treated. Also, the charges here are extremely high, which causes a lot of financial stress to the families, especially in emergency or overnight cases. If doctor Omar was not in the hospital it would have been a chaos. Thanks to doctor Omar. But still the hospital needs to work on management and make it hasslefree.

My Sister admitted to the ICU at Nazareth Hospital, and I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional care provided. The ICU team is comprised of highly skilled and compassionate professionals who truly excel in their field. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and reassuring. The doctors in the ICU are outstanding, offering clear explanations about the treatment plan and ensuring we understood each step of the process. Their expertise and dedication to patient care were evident, and they went above and beyond to monitor and address any changes in my family member's condition. The ICU nurses were equally incredible, providing round-the-clock care with empathy and professionalism. They were always available to answer our questions and kept us informed about every aspect of the care being provided. Their attentiveness and kindness made a difficult time much more bearable. The services and nursing is class apart. Very happy to see and feel the hygiene and neatness across the hospital. I think one of the best hospital in Allahabad, everyone there is so polite and helping. Under the supervision of Fr. Vipin D'Souza this hospital works so smoothly. Doctors are very experienced and the nursing staff works phenomenally .

I will visit in christmas. Decorations is mind blowing and also atmosphere of place is damn good. Not looking like hospital look's christmas celebration place. Nazareth Hospital is celebrating Christmas every year's. Astonishing decorations But decorations is only for somedays maybe till new year Ratings for decorations only I don't know how's medical facilities is??

On 30 June 2025 , I admitted my mother to well reputed Nazreth Hospital my mother have liver infection and due to this their fever not cool down. At Night around 1 AM I admitted my mother in Nazreth hospital . firstly , they are insecure to admit my mother than by Requesting they admit it and fill the registration form and demanding around 10000 for security money after that they admit in Semi ICU and without any proper treatment. They made SEMI ICU for LOOT AND EXTRACT PATIENT MONEY . They MADE timing for semi ICU 6.45 to 7.00 morning and evening for meeting to patient and 15 min only. When I visit to my mother another bed patient said they feel very cold at night because of fever the nurses not take care properly they did not give another blanket to patient . After two days RP SHUKLA doctor said after seen my mother XRAY Her HEART SIZE BIG WE HAVE TO TAKE IN ICU and after so much complain I REFREE my mother to MAX HOSPITAL (LUCKNOW) PREVIOUSLY KNOW AS SAHARA HOSPITAL after admitted for 10 days in MAX my mother is good and we thankful to MAX HOSPITAL . In year 2000 I also born in nazreth my mother always said nazreth is best hospital but I regret her decision they are CHOR . They only make MONEY from hard working patient . my mother two days admit fees was around 46000 and semi ICU charge is around 8000 . Lastly if you complain nurses behaviour than a head CHRISTIAN NURSE CAME told If my NURSES are not doing well go to another hospital . how any patient immediately go to another hospital . DEEPLY AFFECTED THE SINS GOD NEVER FORGIVES .
