Although Hospital is ok for OPD, but overall experience feels like typical government hospital, no time table folled. There is queue for everything, no proper response by nursing staff. They just know one thing....wait sir.. for everything. Even though you pay enough, but feel Disappointed

My son Kartik Kesharwani met with road Accident we took him in emergency to Narayana Swaroop Hospital Prayagraj Prompt action taken by doctor and team We have experienced good treatment and kind behaviour of all staff. The hospital premises kept always neat and clean with nice lift facility, The Doctor Mr Rajeev Singh and Mr Ashish rai and Mr Vivek Tripathi have been kind enough and attentive to attend and care my patient. The nursing staff,named Lilawati has done good job while discharging her duties. The facilities provided in our private room like tv , ac , bedding etc are given in better condition and well maintained by maintenance incharge Miss Arti Kumari. I wish all of them better future and good going to this hospital. Regards

Narayan Swaroop Hospital is one of the Best Hospital In Prayagraj... All Doctors and Staff faculty is very good in Nature, humble, politely, supportive and Soft spoken.. All complaints of patients are carefully list and solve as soon sa possible. Hospital management well manage aal things very humbly... Hospital is too much neat and clean... I Always prefer the patient and relative to Narayan Swaroop Hospital for proper treatment....

Post operation follow up was nice.Visiting Dr. and other staffs r doing well. Food is nice. Cleaning level is also good. In general my overall experience ws good. I wish them all the success. Special reference to Dr Rajeev for his exceptional skills.

Dr. Rajiv Singh Sir and Dr. Nitish Kusheaha Sir are excellent doctors. They performed Devansh Dua's operation with great care and expertise. The hospital staff here is also very humble and supportive. Special thanks to Arti Ji for taking such good care of the patient. Facilities are good nurses and doctors are very humble and polite also they taking care 24 hour. The food and rooms are very hygienic.
