The hospital staff as a whole was extremely helpful and attentive. I'd also like to appreciate the Patient Care Team, especially Mukti, who was always ready to assist us with a smile. She went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I'm truly grateful for the excellent care my wife received. We felt supported every step of the way. Hello, sir Date 14/07/25 Patient's name is Kishan Sharma. The staff of the ICU on the 6th floor is very bad My brother had cervical surgery and also leg surgery. The people on the 6th floor did not take good care of us at all and were rude and angry with my sister and my brother.

Sir, I am removing this comment just because you have responded to my review. But kindly take suitable action and train some of your staff members. All the staff was good but this single girl verbally misbehaved with attendants. Her behaviour is very bad.
