My mother, who has been diagnosed with arthritis, needed proper care and attention, but Dr. Niranjan was careless, undedicated, and showed little interest in addressing her concerns. His lack of empathy and attention made the entire consultation feel rushed and ineffective, which is unacceptable from a healthcare professional. However, I'd like to highlight that the hospital staff was friendly, supportive, and professional. Their helpful attitude made the environment more comfortable despite the poor experience with the doctor. I sincerely hope the hospital takes steps to improve the quality of care provided by its medical professionals because the support staff truly reflects the potential for better patient experiences.
