Dr. Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital - Noida 110

The staff at this hospital are incredibly helpful and attentive. The doctors are highly skilled and supportive, providing excellent care. The nurse in ICU, in particular, was outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure patient comfort and safety. The entire team goes out of their way to assist you, making the experience as smooth as possible. We were fortunate to stay in a single room, which included convenient on-call food service from the hospital canteen. The canteen offers reasonably priced meals, and the quality of the food is good, making it worth the cost. Additionally, the floor manager overseeing the 10th floor and its services was extremely helpful and ensured everything ran efficiently. However, there were a couple of minor issues. The lifts were quite slow, and it often took a long time to get a lift, very inconvenient. As for the room, it was clean and functional, but can be improved in terms of aesthetics to make the space more welcoming and modern. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend this hospital for its excellent care and supportive staff, with the hope that these small issues are addressed in the future.

Worst management ever seen. Even after repetitive reminder for room no. 104 repairs, the management is dumbstruck & neglected the safety due to spillage of water during rains. After complaining the management, they offered to shift us to general ward at the cost of premium ward. The govt should cancel their safety norms license & strict action to be taken , as they are risking the life of patients. I doubt, they have managed to cleared the safety audit via some bribe. Regretting my decision for getting my little one delivered on this third class hospital. The staff at delivery section is good but the management is deaf. Coming to the pharmacy, The staff at pharmacy section are the boss of their own . For some people they offer 10% discount & for some there is no discount. Your hospital needs a serious maintenance upgrade to rooms specially in 11th floor double occupancy. This is a super speciality hospital according to you and it's so dirty , My God ! Bathrooms pathetic, rooms most things are broken , loose or not working. Bell not working. Basic thing! How to call your medical staff if Bell not working. imagine ! AV vent - no control in room for patient. Someone may feel cold, but no way to turn off or increase / decrease temperature. Atleast install water coolers with hot and cold water facility in each floor , how do expect people to drink water here ?? When I asked Was told only there is water coller on ground floor. Mosquitos flying inside room. A big big reason is due to bad hygine by hospital. Sofa For attendent, severely damaged and is gone to the extent that it should be discarded. Staff , unbothered by requests and literally sitting at their place with earphones watching something, but can't rush when called for the patient. Serious training and etiquette classes needed for your night staff. Please spend some money on your infra, staff, facilities and training. You guys charge a bomb for the healthcare,but need to focus a lot on IPD , all areas outside,OPD, reception etc are well maintained , but where it matters (IPD) serious doubts in your quality standards and seriousness towards patient. Now, please don't ask me write this same story again on some email id, you have a feedback! If you really care for your jobs and your staff jobs ! Take action . I am never coming back to this hospital, but if you improve, it may help you not loose any more of your customers. You are welcome ! Adding another additional big big concern found - bed bug ... Bed bug on the sofa and on curtain . Surely it would have spread on the patient bed also. Please please please replace your old furniture , it's highly unsafe. Adding a picture also

Hospital staff is very good and very attentive. I consulted with Dr. Kanika agarwal, she is very good and very nice person as well as doctor. She listen the patient need and understand the patient need. Overall experience is very good. I would like to recommend the doctor and the hospital. Only this hospital is required need to address the lift service. Lift service is little bit slow or waiting time is more for the lift. Please look into this. I will highly recommend this hospital. Hospital have good service and good staff

Yatharth hospital services is excellent, and all staff is so cooperative. Dr. Arunachalam and dr. Nida and team is so nice. And food quality is also too good. Princy nusre, sanjeev nusre and neha nursing incharge is very good. Saumya floor manager is very nice. Sanjay billing staff is also good. Mohit Sharma ji is very good person in this hospital.

Dr. Vanita is truly a gem of a person. She performed a vaginal hysterectomy for my mother with exceptional care and expertise. The treatment was excellent, and she ensured that my mother was comfortable throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The hospital staff was also very courteous, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment during our stay. Their dedication and care made a huge difference. I highly recommend Dr. Vanita for anyone seeking treatment or consultation for gynecological issues. A wonderful experience overall!

I have very good experience with Dr. Kanika Mam since last 5 years .Even my first daughter also came normal delivery at the time of covid with Kanika Mam guidance and now my 2nd baby was also deliver normal delivery. Dr .kanika Mam was very kind & supportive even one I came at night 2 pm she respond on call very well . I am very thankful to you Dr Kanika Mam & Team.
