Dr. Max Multi Speciality Centre, Sector 19, Noida

Booked for Execut health check up on a Saturday. Nothing executive about it. Terrible experience. All tests felt like an eye wash. Over in a 2 minutes or less. Felt like I was being processed quickly to meet their SLA. I wonder if I should go to a different place for proper testing. Ultrasound doctor had an "emergency" did not show up on time. Had to go a second time. Did not show up again on time. Was told due to rain and cab delays. I drove through the same rain and belong to service industry. No one at reception told me I should have a full bladder. I did not hide my dissatisfaction. Doctor came. Was told I have to wait until bladder is full. Once inside Ultrasound doctor asks me "kya problem hai?" Funny he should ask. We go for check up to find out if anything is wrong. The Ultrasound was over in 2-3 minutes. The eye test was the same. The doctor hardly flashed the light in my eyes and said, "You are fine". The ultimate thing is I get a message from Max hospital that I did not reach / show up for the test and that I should cancel or reschedule the appointment if I am not able to make it. I asked the receptionist and was told not to worry, "woh system se automated message hai" unless someone tagged me as a " no show" why would I get a message like this? Looks like a cover up for doctors late coming? Terrible breakfast too. It just felt like doctors are gods and the girls at the counters struggle to cover up for their shortcomings with silly excuses.

My experience at Max sec 19 was very good. The entire staff was very humble caring and and cooperative. Espacially Dr Kriti was outstanding.. . She was really helpful, her guidance at each step made all the difference. She get 10 out of 10

My overall experience at Max Hospital Noida was satisfactory. The staff was professional and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, the waiting time could be improved, and more clarity in communication from the administration would enhance the experience further. Thank you for the care and support.

The Staff at Max Hospital is quite co-operative and polite: for the required environment for the patients to feel better. I got the most successful treatment for cataract surgery for both my eyes by Dr Raja Ivan Singh. I got the best consultation and help from Ms Kaushal for the lenses. and was highly impressed by the matured and balanced behaviour of Ms Shivani Vaishali shailiy and other staff at 4th Floor and at 5th Floor and OPD. I highly recommend Max Hospital at NOIDA for the best treatment and congenial atmosphere

I visited the hospital for preventive health check up for self and my wife. The facilities were very good and the staff was very helpful. Doctors were thoroughly professional. Ms Meenakshi Mehra was the coordinator for PHP and she is compassionate and quite helpful. Thanks for the excellent service.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their dedication and excellent service: Meenakshi Mehra, as the coordinator, has been exceptionally organized, supportive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Priya, from the X-Ray department, handled the procedure with great care and professionalism, making the experience smooth and comfortable. Arti ji in the Lab is truly efficient and gentle -- her calm nature and skilled work are commendable. Mansi and Radha ji in the Ultrasound department are not only experienced but also very patient and respectful in their approach. Manya, at the reception, is always welcoming, attentive, and quick in assisting with all queries and appointments.

The entire system is chaotic and mismanaged. The staff is not only unprofessional but also shockingly rude and indifferent. They lack even the basic understanding of how to treat patients with care and respect. There's absolutely no sense of empathy or coordination, leaving patients and their families feeling completely helpless and frustrated.
